Very pretty location tucked away from Main Street but close to all the action. The staff were super helpful and the buffet breakfast which is included was terrific - all fresh ingredients and many made to order items. While we did not visit the spa we plan to the next time around!

Beautiful gem of a hotel in Rehobeth Beach. Lovely library with fireplace. Outside sitting area with koi pond. My room was cozy and well appointed and comfortable. Great breakfast the next day.

A little on the expensive side for the off season. Some fees showed up on my card that I had to contact them about to be removed. Bartender (Rick) and Omlette chef were awesome-day & morning staff a dream

There was no fan in the bathroom that’s a problem for obvious reasons. The ottoman was dirty and could use a good shampoo. The carpet in the room had multiple discoloration spots as if bleach had been spilled on it. Decor in the room was a little sparse, could use some more artwork.

The place is beautifully decorated and you feel like you walked into an English manor. There is a library with cozy couches, books and a fireplace. Breakfast was abundant and delicious with tailor made omelette’s! You won’t be disappointed! The room was very clean as well as the bathroom.

No complaints, everything was great!

We spent our wedding night at this lovely hotel and they went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. We got upgraded to a lovely suite and a bottle of celebratory wine, which was all so nice. The hotel is beautifully updated inside. It is in easy walking to distance to everything in Rehoboth and the facilities were fantastic. They also have a fantastic breakfast included! I highly recommend staying here for both special occasions or just a regular stay!

Honestly, I can't think of anything right now… Maybe breakfast could've been a little less "chain hotel" feeling"

For a beach town, I wasn't expecting it to feel so exotic and tropical. There was a lot of privacy. I absolutely loved the decor and how "Key West" it felt. Very helpful staff. Great parking. Lovely garden area. Very much look forward to going back there again soon!

We were disappointed about not receiving a second room key. It was very inconvenient and the staff did not seem like they cared. It was frustrating and the worst part of our stay.

The buffet staff was exceptional..hardworking...efficient. The golf cart service to and from the beach was excellent. Staff was friendly, helpful and courteous. Room was clean and inviting. Hot tub was a plus. Walking distance to good restaurants. No complaints ts.

You pay for parking every day and have to pay for beach chair when it seems like they give you a voucher for them. But then in turn pay for them at the end of your stay

Breakfast was great, however a gluten free option would be nice. Maybe GF bread or waffle on request.

The location is great, tucked in between a cute neighborhood and a short walk to the boardwalk and ocean. Good restaurants and activities are all within walking distance. The property is nicely decorated, historic yet updated. The garden suites are peaceful and overlook a garden with seating, adults only pool and pond.

I see that they charge me double for the ROM. One charge was with Booking.com and the other charge was on my American Express by mistake. I hope they don’t give me a problem in crediting my card!

I know it's an older facility, I would say the bathroom is in desperate need of updates. Toilet was small about the same size as a bucket from Home Depot. Tiles on the bathroom floor were cracked in multiple area, overall the bathroom needs to be bigger

The room was the perfect size. The location provided easy access to great restaurants and the boardwalk. Headed to the beach the hotel offered rides on its 5 person golf cart.
