The heating system…..it was either on or off. You couldn’t regulate the temperature. The toilet in our room kept running. Told the front desk and was told that it’s been like that for a long time. Maintenance has tried to fix it but can’t. Here’s a thought…replace the damn toilet. Who wants to hear a toilet run continuously during your stay. It’s has a small bathroom. It has a wood floor (which I liked) but no rug to make it comfortable and the couch is subpar. It belongs in a sitting room of a Victorian home. The tv is small and not very bright. It’s also not angled towards the couch but to the bed instead. I wouldn’t stay here again.

It was clean and the bed was comfortable. Didn’t hear much outside noise.

The hotel staff were exceptionally friedly and helpful. The Inn was charming and clean and the rooms were oversized so plently of room to accommodate.

It was very bright in the room at night, we needed to put a blanket at the bottom of the door. Possibly you could dim the hallway light some.

Front desk workers are friendly and informative. It's a beautiful old mansion converted into a hotel. Complimentary coffee tea and take and go breakfast offerings were a nice added bonus.

Having a water cooler in the hallways would be nice, and a toothbrush with the toiletries.

Clean, spacious room that has been visible updated. Very comfortable. Toiletries provided were nice, especially the lotion. Staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel was a short drive from all the main sights we wanted to see. Breakfast was modest but tasty.

Breakfast was not the best -- nothing homemade, just frozen breakfast burritos and pre-packaged muffins.

Rooms were spacious and staff was friendly. Cleanliness was terrific, and the location was quiet. Coffee and tea available all day and cute little patio was a great place to relax after long drive.

We had room 4 which was beside the deck and the breakfast area so a little loud at times. Breakfast was a limited grab and go style, has expected a larger sit down from the 'includes breakfast' comment.

Good location with on site parking in nice old building and quiet neighbourhood. Very comfortable bed in a large room. All the staff were very friendly. Great value rate.

No elevator to third floor. I requested a 2 double bed room and was given a king room.

The complimentary breakfast was mostly just snack food and microwave breakfast sandwiches which was a little bit of a let down, but the rest of the stay, including the staff, was very nice.

The inn was beautiful and in a quiet area. The staff was very friendly and the room was a great size and very comfortable.

The place was quaint. The staff was awesome. Gave us help planning our trip. I must admit I thought the breakfast would have been better. But they did have coffee. Tea, hot chocolate all day and night. We plan on returning.
