There was a leak under the bathroom sink. Also some other small T&C problems, but overall the unit was clean and well appointed. There is no elevator, so need to move luggage up a flight of stairs. One evening a huge car was parked in our assigned space. Fortunately, there were plenty of other spaces, but if very full, that would be annoying.

Nice very large apartments with a full kitchen. We were on the first floor up one level of stairs in a rather quiet location, though still could hear some car noises and planes, too. We really liked the location, but it's a ways out, so a car is probably recommended. We didn't use the pool area since it was too cold, but they have good coffee at the reception.

Pool, hot tub, front desk manned at great hours, lotsa communications upfront. When shuttle bus broke down, they paid for an Uber to complete the journey. Loved proximity to great grocery stores and affordable takeout restaurants.

Coffee machine was broken, though we got the maintenance to get us a new one the next day. Got called by the front desk to go see their sister property and sign up for marketing spam. Seems … a bit too aggressive.

Good location if you’re into sports: you can be out of the city and on your way to red rocks or blue diamond within 10 minutes. Quiet, not too many guests and many older people when we were there. Plenty of parking space.

I love that this place is quiet. I feel safe. The beds are comfortable. I stay at The Cliffs every time I come to Las Vegas. It's a 15 min drive from the airport car rental. I love that I can cook my own meals. I love that they have a heated pool, jacuzzi, and BBQ grills. My family that lives in Las Vegas can come and visit me and hang out. I'll give all 🌟 🤩

Great location. Family and grandkids felt welcomed. Very family oriented. The pool and jacuzzi were amazing. The water temperature was perfect. Close to Red Rocks Canyon which was our daytime destination. Excellent local restaurants nearby. Our truck fit under the covered parking, which was a pleasant surprise. Front desk staff were friendly and provided excellent customer service.

In the 1st room we got the did not have hot water, when we got switched, the beds made a squeaky sound every time you moved.

Minimal kitchen supplies; one knife and one pot.

Great location, about ~20 minute drive to red rock canyon. Staff were always on site and available to assist. Rooms were clean. Extra supplies available on request (e.g., coffee filters or soap!).

Some of the staff were not very knowledgeable about nearby sites such as Red Rock Canyon (8 miles away) or ways of getting to the downtown. The desk for reserving tours was not manned and no one answered the number that was listed in lieu of a live person there. The innerspring of the fold-out couch could use an upgrade or at least a folding board to put underneath it for better back support.

The apartment was large, clean, and comfortable in a very quiet neighborhood. The pool, spa, and exercise room were centrally located and easy to access. There were no noisy guests. The location was easily accessible to the Strip via Uber ($25) and there were plenty of restaurants, a Target, grocery stores, and gas stations nearby.
