We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

South KoreaSome parts of the room were dusty and the fridge was not that clean so I cleaned it a bit. I also didn’t like that the little secondary white curtain never fully closed but it was easy enough to work around that.
The bathroom and bed were pretty nice. The light that was able to come in through the bedroom window was pretty even. It was a decent and clean stay for the price and check out and in was smooth.

United StatesNon smoking room smelled like smoke, filthy in general, carpet gross and filthy and not vacuumed, saw cleaning personnel sweeping it w/ a broom, hallway stunk like vomit, no consistent towel service. We only stayed the length of our trip because there were no hotels available near that location. Will never stay there again nor will I recommend it.
Location suit our needs. Staff was pleasant.

United Statesthe place was filthy, we were in room 306 whole floor smelled of cigarette smoke, huge stains on the carpeting throughout the hallway and the room. wifi was horrible in the room, worked only when went to the front desk. The phone in the room was so dirty I was afraid to touch it. I was supposed to stay with my husband but it was so filthy and the smell of smoke made me sick. we had to stay because our bathroom at our home was being redone and this site was closest to work. i went home. i told the lady at the desk about the smoke smell and she looked at e like oh wel, had no resolution. disgusting place

QatarAs seen in photos, there were stains on duvets, bed skirt and curtains were dirty as hell. Phone was broken, microwave was broken. For the breakfast, they give you a small bag with frozen burger. It’s 21miles away from six flags park (on the website it mentioned 14.1 miles). Please stay away

United StatesRooms/ facilities need to be updated, new carpeting, musty smells cleaned out. It just felt dirty. Felt like COVID or something took its toll!!!
Employees were apologetic and accommodating as best they could be I suppose. I should have requested a full refund for at least that 1st night but I didn’t think of it at the time. I suppose I had no clarity from lack of sleep.

United StatesThe place was filthy!! Next to the vending machine on the 2nd floor there food and trash. The carpets are filthy. Stayed a week and had room service 2x..and, had to beg for that. Was told to set trash and used towels outside the room to get fresh towels and trash bags. Even after room service twice, the empty shampoo and conditioner bottles were in the shower. Nothing was cleaned, just beds made up. There was no breakfast, as described. Due to Covid they hand out a "breakfast bag"..a pouch of sugary fruit punch, a small granola bar and a microwaveable sausage, egg and cheese sandwich. And, the TVs are not HD...if that's important. I had no vehicle (due to inavailability of rental cars)...depended on relatives for getting around. With a car my visit would have been 5 min not 7 days!!
Not much to like. They did have 24 hr hot coffee in the lobby. Also, with a car it has a nice location for getting around. That's about it for "liking"
