The location felt a little iffy. The reception area was shabby as was the outside of the motel.

The room was very clean and quiet. The receptionist was pleasant.

The king bed was very uncomfortable - too soft and had low sots throughout the bed making it tough on the back.

It was clean, and the staff was friendly. It was conveniently located.

The location was great, with Wendy's, McDonald & KFC around. The room & bathroom were clean with all amenities. Good stopover at scenic Vermont on my way to Boston. The hotel got its name from the covered bridge that one has to drive through while I was traveling from NY to Brattleboro, VT.

    Outdated. It’s a former Super 8 hotel.

Close to downtown Brattleboro and also Keene. Cheap.

The outside is scary, old and dated, but they said that their now working in it

Don’t let the outside detour your stay, when we pulled into the lot, I told my spouse that we are NOT staying here, but when we got our room key and opened the door, I was shocked how nice the room was, and the breakfast was ok

No complaints - if you come looking for the Ritz you’re in the wrong place. I was here last year and would definitely return.

By today’s (inflated) standards it was a fair deal. Fridge, microwave, TV all worked - lots of TV choices btw. Bed was very comfortable. Clean, hot water, good pressure…and so on.

We appreciate that breakfast was provided, and included in the room rate. However, the only food possible for those who can't eat gluten was bland cornflakes. Would be great if you could offer some fruit, yogurt, and some protein like cold cuts, nuts, or hard-boiled eggs. The stay would have been excellent if the smokers moved away from the building door, and the windows and room door had better sound proofing (we could hear every patron at the fast food place 100ft away), and I could eat your breakfast.

The room itself was clean, the beds comfy, and yay for nice clean microwave and fridge.

    It was all good

We just stopped for one night on our way up north. It was good. The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet and clean. There were two ants in the bathtub when I checked in. I just left them there and in the morning, they were dead. I don't know what killed them, lol.

The door card started to work only after the third change. The area didn't feel secure. Some people were smoking weed in their cars in front of the hotel, and we were worried about our skis in the car.

Fast wifi. Self service breakfast was ok.

A little shabby. It’s what you expect for a 2 star motel off a highway. You get what you pay for.

Conveniently off I-91. Basic accommodations. Comfortable beds. Reasonably clean.

Breakfast felt bare bones. Stale air. Everything is locked down and out at night.

Covers seemed clean for the most part. Occasional tear or hair or discolored pillow. A few dead spiders in the tub so the room may not have been touched in a while. But nothing deal breaking. The room overall was a stale clean vibe. Fine enough for one night. Breakfast was basically cereal, bagel, gas station muffin, with yogurt and milk in the fridge. Wifi works just fine but there's nowhere to work after check out since they lock down the breakfast room. Note that if you arrive after 10 they close down the lobby despite check in on booking saying till midnight. You'd have to call someone, so keep your phone on you. There's no access into the building without a functioning card once the lobby is locked. Not too comforting when one of the cards were not working when we went out to get our luggage and got locked out for a bit in the cold till we found a door that would accept one of our cards. A quick run down of the amenities like when breakfast takes place and confirming the password free wifi during check in would help spice up customer service. Introduction was more occasional quips like "no pets!" "no smoking!" Peppered through the check in process instead. But alas, they probably just wanted to clock out, so don't hold it to them. No issues with sound and no issues with noisy neighbors. Air feels stale though like smoke is getting into the halls, or if the building is just old. It made me wonder if they did have smoking rooms somewhere, but all the rooms are labeled "no smoking" 🤷‍♀️. Maybe it's a general issue they run into often.
