We arrived early and the friendly staff was very accommodating and let us check in immediately. They gave us fresh flowers and fresh fruit and muffins were delivered to our door each morning. The location is perfect. Quiet and isolated, yet close to everything you could want. A dated motor inn renovated to look and feel brand new. Everything was super clean and the space was perfect.

The hospitality of the staff was amazing. Nini, the owner, was great! A real family owned and kind atmosphere. And the location was very nice.

The Wi-Fi

Beautiful location, the owner is lovely and wonderful. I do wish we had a bit more time as we only stayed for the weekend. The only problem we had is that the Wi-Fi did not work for us at all.

The first night we had rhe wrong bed linen for sleep sofa so individual using sleep sofa was uncomfortable that first night. There was mention of makeup wipes being available to ensure no stains on linen and towels. There were no such makeup remover wipes. Could use some paper towels in the kitchen.

It was nice and comfortable and peaceful. Great location away from hustle bustle but close enough to restaurants, beach and points of interest. The site appointments/ were also attractive. Staff Qasim great efficient and accommodating.

The wifi is very spotty. Make sure to download content before arrival.

Nice place in secluded location, close to a couple of bars (The Hamlet is super nice!). Our children loved the pool. You need a car to get to beaches, shopping etc.

If you need to be online constantly/fast - then the internet service can be a bit spotty...

The interior had a clean, modern aesthetic. The grounds were as shown on their site: nice landscaping, pretty flowers. And the pool was so perfect after a hot day in the sun. The Management/front office was generous with their towels - and friendly/accommodating. Note: They're only there from 9am - 5pm - but was not an issue for us. We usually stay on Main Street/Westhampton for the walkability to great eateries, so thought we'd have to drive to everything in Hampton Bays. But no! We walked to The Station (fun marina bar) + "The Hamlet"- a cute breakfast place. Plus a few places we walked past (FishTales, Beach Bar) - we'll have to try next time.

Nothing really, maybe the rulebook could be relaxed a little regarding towel use and items in the room.

The room had everything we needed, tv, couch, kitchen facilities etc. The bedroom was small but clean and comfortable, the entire apartment was clean and nicely laid out. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and the pastries/pool and beach towels were always ready to be picked up from the office whenever we needed. Location was good also walking distance from the hamlet for breakfast and some restaurants/bars nearby. Pool was a nice addition also.

A bit pricey but tis the season. Automatic sprinklers were on at night, so we had to quickly navigate the shooting and turning sprinklers to get to our door and avoid getting soaked.

Extremely clean and comfortable. New and updated. Owners clearly take pride in their place, maintaining beautiful, lush landscaping, a clean pool, and extremely clean rooms. We were even welcomed with a bowl of fresh fruit and chocolates in our room and bottles of water.
