Out only complaint is that our room was behing where the elevators are so we could hear them each time they went up and down.

Cozy and comfortable. Great location and friendly and helpful staff.

The buthtub and shower's equipment are old. Bathroom is small and no ventilation.

Room is good looking as classic interior decor and very clean. Location is Excellent. It locates near by the great restaurants, shops and walkable distance to the Prudential mall too. Front desk and door men are very kind and helpful.

I am not sure there is anything not to like...

We were welcomed the moment we pulled up outside the Eliot, the valet came out to us and unloaded our luggage and our car was taken from us for parking. After checking in, we were guided to our room and luggage arrived shortly after without any hitch. All the staff were amazing: helpful, respectful and polite at all times and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. The hotel is in a superb location for seeing Boston, a moments walk from Newbury Street (if you haven't, you should) and a short walk from old town... probably had the best of all worlds, being not too noisy, great proximity to so much and vehicle access was excellent too. We will, given the chance, stay at the Eliot again, without hesitation. Thank you to everyone that made our few days so special.

Would have liked lobby coffee in AM. Coffee pods don't do it for us. Plumbing leak ( a small one) in bathroom which we discovered late at night and just waited it out. Limited food options near hotel.

Nicely furnished room with good light. Helpful Staff and terrific location close to Newbury Street/

A fabulous break in Boston in a really nice Hotel

I can honestly say there was nothing about the hotel we didn't like. People may not like the fact that the lobby was quite small ( very small seating area) but i didn't feel this was necessary. There was excellent restroom and seating downstairs if you needed it.

our room was excellent very spacious and comfortable. The level of cleaning and servicing of the room was excellent, We were provided with a turn down service where bottled water, replenishment of the coffee/teas and towels where necessary were replaced. The front of house staff both at reception desk, doormen, baggage etc were extremely friendly and welcoming and during the rain large umbrella's were supplied ot keep residents dry - fabulous. i will certainly return again

Carrying a big heavy key wasn’t ideal but I’m sure I could have left it at the front desk. There was a light out in the bathroom and the lighting was pretty bad. Not many outlets but that’s because the place was so bad.

Great location. Very comfortable bed. Quiet building and nice staff.

Although the hotel had a small lobby there was no real communal seating area to wait around.

The room was comfortable and clean. The decor was tasteful. The location was wonderful and although very central it was still calm.

The view of of my bedroom wasn't great and I had fairly noisy neighbours. That's about it. I didn't have a car, but the traffic outside was always congested - I'm not sure if that's normal or not.

buffet breakfast was excellent, the staff were super helpful and friendly, the room a decent size. My bathroom was spotless and had plenty of toiletries too. I was able to check out late and leave my luggage with them until I was ready to depart Boston.

Rooms on the smaller side but you sacrifice a little space for charm and character.

Great location at the end of Newbury St. Close to Fenway and BU. Beautiful historic building that’s been nicely upgraded. Very comfortable suite and bed. Staff were lovely and helpful.
