The rooms are not particularly large and it would be nice to have a shelf to store the suitcase. I didn't like the fact that it's not transparent that the price you pay for the accommodation is not the end price and they charge you additional fees - especially if on the booking confirmation it is written "includes taxes and charges". That has to be stated more cleary from booking.com.

Very clean, rooms are cleaned daily. The accommodation has everything you need and is very cozy. I liked the charming entrance of the hotel. Top location - the metro station is a few minutes' walk away. Flatiron and Meatpacking can be easily reached on foot. They offer coffee and pastries in the mornings. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Location is ideal for getting around new york by subway, quick to the shops and restaurants in soho and easy up to central park. The rooms are a decent size for New York and the bathrooms are great.

Small rooms, could be loud (between A/C settings and hearing neighbors, chatter and doors opening and closing in the hallway), could have been slightly cleaner, cleaning schedules could be better adapted

The bed is smaller than 2m in length, so for tall persons a bit uncomfortable. But hey, it's New York! Nothing to complain about a lot ;)

The Moore has a superb staff, lovely clean living quarters and is centrally located to many great spots in NYC such as the High Line? Chelsea Market, Eatley. I have used the Moore many times a have found it to be an excellent comfortable place to stay. Thank you, Antoinette

Overall, the room was very small. It is difficult to spend 4 days in such a small space however the hotel was lovely.

The location was perfect. Central to subways and close to some amazing restaurants and breakfast cafes.

Rooms are not well noise protected, traffic noise is No problem but you hear a pin drop in the hallway. Rooms are small but this is expected from NY
