Very nice for an old inn.

Beds were hard and seems to have toilet plumbing issues in rooms and public restrooms.

Rooms were nice and service was good. Fitness facility was exceptional and Blue Ridge breakfast was great.

    Nothing!

The spa, the decor, the ambience, the personnel and staff, the way everyone spoke eloquently when serving you, the scenery, the vistas, the Great Hall, the history, the way everyone seemed to be informed and able to answer any question posed to them.

Paying to self park my car on top of the price I already paid to stay the night. I understand spa guests paying but for people staying the night it seems excessive

The staff were all super friendly and the food in property was delicious

Only thing I’d like to see is the rooms updated a bit more. The corner suite was very nice but felt it could’ve been a little more updated.

The view and staff were excellent. The food was outstanding and worth the cost. I definitely will be visiting again

This place is just gorgeous! So much history! It is a beautiful property that has everything you need. You never have to leave for anything if you don't want to. The food was great at the Blue Ridge and Edison. Our room had a great view of the mountains and so quiet! We just loved everything about it! All the staff are super friendly and helpful!

I did not see the rooms in the other areas but I do think we paid a very high price for a tiny dormer room in the main hotel. You pay for the experience of course, but this was not a room you would want to be in with two people for more than one night, in my opinion. My husband is 6’5” and the tiny bath was challenging.

The hotel was sold out (12/29-30) so staffing was spread rather thin at checkout and in some of the dining areas. Because of the huge crowds we used the stairs quite often to avoid the long elevator waits. The stairwells are a little shabby compared to the rest of the hotel (obviously not a big deal, but carpet is worn, musty in spots, etc). Everything else was just perfect! Our concierge sent a bottle of champagne to us when he learned it was our anniversary.

Somehow we managed to book a room in the old part of the facility. Bathroom was rather small, and retro-fitted for a shower stall. It was fine for 1-2 nights, but any more and it wouldn't work.

The property is amazing. Several restaurants to choose from. Entertainment at piano bar was great. Staff is kind and courteous. Spa is awesome.

Maybe have a shuttle to the Biltmore Estate, as many visitors (especially during the Christmas season ) stay at the Omni in order to visit the Biltmore. The concierge didn't make dinner reservations, but did give suggestions.

The luncheon buffet in the Blue Ridge room, the fabulous view, the Dueling Pianos at Elaine's, the unique elevators, the scavenger hunt, the National Gingerbread competition, the history of the hotel, and the friendly staff!

The rooms that are in the beer wi g of rooms doesn’t have the same charm as the original part. We really love staying in the older rooms.

I felt the room I had was a little bit dated

The staff was exceptional. Dusty, the elevator operator was an absolute gem. Not only did she take the time to be personable but when my first set of keys did not work, she walked me personally to customer service to get it sorted. She saw me later that same day in the evening and knew my name and asked how my new keys were working. I will return soon mostly because she exudes what I feel that makes Grove Park a masterpiece. Great job Dusty!!!!!
