Staff were not friendly, breakfast very basic and no vegetarian options.

Location from transportation centre was very convenient and everything is walkable from the hotel. The pool and spa were a welcome activity at the end of the day.

I lived on Nantucket for 5 years. This is always my go to. Sorry to say, it changed and while I love And want the pillows!!! The staff was kind but tired. The coat of the pup and us is a bit excessive. Thank you for your service

Basic accommodations, the room was comfortable, breakfast was so-so. There are a lot of places nearby to eat out. Grocery stores down the road.

There was no water available at breakfast. I had to buy a bottle of water. When I asked the staff about a glass of water, they were no help.

My granddaughter really enjoyed the pool after her 3 hour car ride.

A couple of mornings, some of the food items were not replenished so the choices were more limited.

The beds were comfortable. The room was a nice size. Breakfast had a moderate number of choices. The property was in an area that was close to the ferries and a number of good restaurants.

Being in a shell chair carpet is a hinderance for the hallways,

The facility was in a great to place to eat and shop. With the traveling i did the facility was centrally located and I was able to easily get routes to my destination very easily.

The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was large and very nice. The room itself is your typical room, nothing fancy but adequate. There is a balcony but it overlooks the parking lot and I didn't really use it. It's in a good location, close to the ferry, which was important.

The coffee however was gross. The beds seem like the only updated part of this property. I did not know there was a pool.

The room and hotel are in a great location for the morning ferry to Nantucket. I like that there is a coffee maker in the room.

Chair in room not comfortable, no soap dish in shower to put soap or shampoo. Sanitizer stands were empty. No signage outside elevator to tell we’re rooms were. Breakfast was ok, no bagels or English muffins.

House keeping came around a bit early and kind of loud. You would think they would wait until after checkout. The heater wouldn't go into continuous mode so it kept cycling on and off.

Location was excellent right on the main drag. You could walk to the stores, restaurants and the water. Clean and up to date. There was a large TV in the room.

Bathroom vent didn’t work. Rust, mold and cracked caulking in bath. Front desk person rigid and unable to figure out the simple solution to a guest who was trying to pay extra for an early check in because the room assigned to them had not been cleaned. I asked for a different room. The hotel was half empty!

The rooms were very musty. I had trouble sleeping at night once the ac was off. All you could smell was mold and bleach. The rooms and carpets need a deep clean. The rooms were quite expensive. The front desk employees could have been a little more pleasant.

The location was great - on the main road but away from all the noise. Close enough to walk to the harbor and to all the shops and restaurants. The rooms were ok & the included breakfast was nice.
