The butlers, Vicente, Kevin and Solaida were wonderful. I couldn’t have managed without them. I had just had surgery after I fractured my wrist very badly and they cared for me, checked on me and without them I wouldn’t have coped on my own after the operation. Thank you so so much for your kindness and support.

The room was large and comfortable. The butler service was very helpful and the shuttle around town was quick and effective. Breakfast every morning was tasty in the lounge.

Personally I prefer a regular coffee pot instead of an expresso maker.

The location was fantastic; walk across the street to the farmer's market and a few blocks to great shopping and restaurants. Hotel service was excellent; staff very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was a continental breakfast with limited hot options. It would have been nice to have the option of potentially paying for a hot breakfast as well.

The location was very good, and they were able to get us connecting rooms which was very nice. The butler also brought us a cot. The dinner at the restaurant was wonderful!

The bed was only average in terms of comfort. Otherwise a perfect stay.

Just a wonderful place to relax and enjoy Santa Fe. The fireplace in the room and large, spacious rooms were lovely. Nice balcony. The bathroom was large and comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean. Food at the continental breakfast and the restaurant were both wonderful. Service was great. The spa was wonderful and relaxing, and the staff there were fabulous. We loved the hot tub, the bar, and the hotel decor, too. So pretty. Didn't use the shuttle service, but it's great that they offer it.

Parking was tight on the weekends.

We stayed in the Hacienda’s and the room was lovely and well appointed. We had a fireplace and a butler. There were a couple of times the butler didn’t follow though for us but that’s a minor issue. The lobby with fireplace and nightly entertainment was incredible! Breakfast was delicious and the morning servers were absolutely top notch. The hotel’s location was central to everything fun!

The only disappointment was that we made reservations for a nice dinner and the restaurant was closed due to a reception so we ate in the bar area. I would have appreciated knowing that when making a reservation. It was also a little awkward because our table was next to the serving station and there were 5 servers standing there during the majority of the meal. Food and service were good - just not the ambiance we were hoping for.

The butler service was wonderful! And the lounge in the morning and evening was appreciated and enjoyed!

The cookies in the room was a nice touch of hospitality but they were stale and clearly had been there a long time. Lounge access was appreciated, but a larger selection for breakfast would be nice.

Great staff; friendly, professional, helpful. Pool and spa were lovely. Had a fantastic massage in the spa. Absolutely loved the art design of the entire property. Food was great.

Staying in the hacienda rooms is a real treat. The vibe, art work, staff, morning breakfast and evening snacks really makes you feel at home. Bed and pillows are also wonderfully comfortable.

Parking. It was difficult to find a space on Thursday night and the spaces are unusually narrow. It would be nice, also, if there was no “resort fee.” Those things are a BS way of jacking up the price.

The breakfast and evening snacks and drinks in the hacienda lounge were a great added ammenity. Butler service in hacienda was excellent. Enjoyed live music in the main lobby. Maid service was excellent. Location was easy walking distance to the plaza and directly across from rail yard— don’t worry, no train noise.
