Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Probably time to change out the wallpaper in the rooms, it was outdated. Wall by the trashcan had stains on it line something had spilled.
Staff was great, everyone was really freindly and helpful.

The hotel is located very close to the freeway, so the road noise was a bit more than expected. But the hotel itself was very quiet and secure.
The staff was terrific - very friendly and helpful. Our room was great. It was very spacious and comfortable. The proximity to restaurants and the town of Gig Harbor was excellent.

Main doors lacked a way of o keep open for someone with a walker or wheelchair or the luggage cart.
Rooms were very comfortable clean as well as facilities.

I was finishing my breakfast and the staff member who cleans the breakfast turned the lights OFF on me at exactly 10am. She left me sitting in the dark to finish the last bites to then start taking the food away. She also overheard me saying I would refill my coffee on the way out and the first thing she took away was the coffee. The whole thing felt weird and a little passive aggressive for no reason lol. Which was a shame, because the rest of the staff was great!
The staff at the front desk was amazing and super friendly/helpful! The room was big, clean and comfortable :)

The booking site noted there was breakfast included which was part of the price of the room, but it was not available the day we were there. The explanation for why it is not available.

The bathroom had quite a few issues, despite seemily updated recently. The tub had a large clump of hair it in, the clip to the shower head was broken and the toilet needed a new stopper as it ran all the time (unless you jiggled the handle after each use).
The staff were all super friendly, helpful, welcoming and gracious. The check in and check out processes were really easy. They were very accommodating to my needs during a short trip to the area.

The only thing about the property is that they didn’t have enough green space for dogs
It was a nice building in a okay location easy to get to. I liked that they are pet friendly

The big issue that caused a deal of stress was when we discovered that we had been charged TWICE for our room (nearly US$2500 times 2!!!!!). It took some effort to rectify the problem and we are still waiting for a refund for 2 nights from booking.com.
We mostly enjoyed our extended stay but we did have some sad personal issues to deal with. It was nice to come "home" at the end of stressful days and relax in our executive room. O'Looneys Irish pub just 100 yards away was a great place to chill out too!

Bathroom could be updated as they seemed the most dated. Everything worked fine, no complaints.
Hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. A little dated but for the price I wasn't expecting 4 or 5 stars.

The parking is tight on the weekend. The mattress in my room was worn and sagged in the preferred spot close to the nightstand.

Felt a little claustrophic having to walk thru the front room to get to the bathroom when there are several people sharing the room.
The continental breakfast was awesome. My kids loved it! The room itself was pretty nice a little tight with people taking all the beds but still nice room for the price.

Not the fanciest finishes, but does the job
We come back for the family suite room, very ideal for families to have the extra room and bed. Breakfast room was also very nice

it took at least 15 minutes to find anyone to check in, though was a late check in around 10pm. however, the late check in had been communicated at the time of booking.
