Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaPricey boutique. Location is nice, close to airport but if you do not have a car then it’s tough to walk to get food on your own or stores.
Classy, great for families. Provided free beach chairs. Great view from balcony. Beautiful landscaping, friendly staff.

United States of AmericaThe hotel staff was great and very friendly but the service (mostly at restuarants) was pretty slow and with little kids, it was a little more difficult. I would recommend the quick restaurants with kids.
We had great 1st floor access to the putting green and easy access to pool and beach paths. The rooms were spacious and great for our family of 4.

United KingdomThe third generation owners have figured out how to maximise their income with no personal consideration or attention. Opening the resort to nonresident members makes it very crowded and noisy.
This resort has an amazing location on the beach and well-maintained facilities

United States of AmericaIt is an extremely older property, older furniture and look. There is no complimentary shuttle from the airport nor to the cruise docks. All transportation is third party outsourced. That was not clearly stated.
The location is excellent for cruise departures

United States of AmericaIt’s a cashless facility. All food, drink, supply charges go to the room so difficult to monitor what you are spending.
Plenty for all family members to do. We didn’t leave the resort the whole time we were there.

United States of AmericaThe hotel is very close the the airport. We were on the fifth floor overlooking the pool/ocean and all we heard were airplanes and screaming children. The food tasted the same at all the restaurants. We went to the fine dining establishment on the property and the waitress was awful. The "steak" was not filet mignon. Kids menu is the same at every restaurant in the resort. Birds are everywhere--one flew into me as I laid out near the adult pool. Literally flew into me. Rules are laid out and not followed. For example, no towels to reserve chairs--by 9am I couldn't find a seat among all the towels on chairs. No kids in the adult pool, teens in the adult pool, sign out towels, people grabbing many towels at a time. We did go on easter break which I understand is busy but it was too loud and not relaxing for us. Parents were swinging kids on the hammocks (so much I thought they would break) and destroying the resort with workers watching and not doing anything. I am a flexible, open mom who likes to have fun. I felt bad--these kids (and parents) were trashing the place.
We liked the pools and the proximity to the beach. The rooms were somewhat outdated but held comforts such as phone charging alarm clocks, fridge/microwave, and safe. Breakfast buffet was very nice.

United States of AmericaWe had an executive suite so the space/square footage was great, but the views from all of the windows and our small balcony was of stair wells and hallways. There is no option to use cash or credit card on the property- you have to charge to your room. We prefer using credit cards so we do not have one huge bill at checkout. There is a lot of metal furniture on the property which is definitely necessary around the pool. Some wooden lounge furniture (sofas and coffee tables) in the area near the soda shop would be a great upgrade.
We loved the proximity to the large private beach and the suites that accommodate families. We also loved all the family friendly experience options like mini gulf, hammocks on the beach, etc. The brunch buffet is actually affordable!

United States of AmericaThe place was nice but some of the buildings looked old and needed updating. The food was also very plain. The staff were great, very accommodating. However there was one incident when we got pizza and we tried to eat outside the soda shop and security came and berated us so we moved however every other night there other families did the same thing and did not get yelled at. Either do it to all or none at all.
