Bed was not comfortable. Shower head was leaking and the shower curtain was not good it got very wet. Towel service didn't really work either we put our towels outside the door as requested but did not get new ones we had to get them from front desk. Got an extra blanket that had cigarette burns and holes in it. Hair dryer also did not work.

Price was good, Room was good size and overall was not noisy.

I could hear everything my neighbor was saying through the walls. I asked them to quiet down and that helped. The bathtub is slippery, possible liability issue if someone falls while showering.

Close to The Rinks ice arena where my son was playing in a tournament. Inexpensive.

The location was great. The room was comfortable. The only complaint would be the our room did not get made up or get clean towels until the 3rd day. Also, there was no place for trash, except a small trash bin in the bathroom.

The side tables are dirty, you can just tell that they do the bare minimum when they clean in the room. The bathroom had very tiny counter space and nowhere to put any of our toiletries that we brought. Walls are pretty thin so we heard people come and go and people upstairs too. The guy who checked us in worked pretty slowly. There was a long line of people waiting to check in behind us. It took about 20 minutes to check us in. Free breakfast would have been nice, or at least a grab and go breakfast situation for sale. My sister's part of the room had the metal from the bed frame sticking out and she cut her leg on it. Her fiance's bed had bugs in it and he ended up actually having a bunch of bites the next day. He couldn't even sleep because he was paranoid all night and checking for bugs. I don't think it was bed bugs, but maybe ants or something else. My husband and daughter and I slept fine. As for a place to sleep, it worked for us. Nice that parking was free too.

I liked the location and the size of the room, as well as the split in the room for more privacy from my family.

The Pillows were not comfortable.

Very nice and clean, lots of space and when our room light bulb went out it was fixed within the next few minutes.

The first person that we dealt with was somewhat rude and abrupt. Also, the Booking.com site says that breakfast is included, but when you get there, they have a little sign to the left of the desk that says because of Covid, they can not provide food.

The room was clean and the jacuzzi tub was wonderful. The area it is located in felt safe as well.

The beds were stiff. Hurt my back. I do wish they had updated vending machines and brought more towels after the first night like I had asked housekeeping.

I liked the two rooms within in one hotel room with a little kitchenette sink area and microwave. Rooms were very spacious.

The last night, I ran into the problem of having nowhere to park.

It was clean! Friendly staff! Free parking! It was great to have a fridge n microwave.

Room was a bit dingy and probably could be cleaned better. No daily housecleaning so be sure to hang your towels. Easy to get more towels at front desk but the initial allocation was skimpy, considering the jacuzzi. Coffee maker was missing the tray but using the bags directly in cups kinda worked. Have to go to front desk daily to get more coffee packets. Parking right outside door was convenient but there are not enough spots. Luckily we did not have a car most of the stay.

It was hard to find a reasonably priced room that had an in-room jacuzzi. It worked wonderfully, was good size, and was very relaxing to soak in after a long day. King size bed was very comfortable. The shower had amazing water pressure it was quite good despite the shower head being somewhat sketchy. Loved the wall dispensers for soap, shampoo. The mini fridge was hardly mini, it was double the size of many in-room units, although it froze some items unintentionally. There is an amazing breakfast place within walking distance, heavily patronized by locals, Original Pancake House, it is very good. We found the staff at this hotel to be friendly, unlike what reviews seem to target.

There wasn't any breakfast available and the "heated" pool was cold. We were on 2nd floor with no elevator!

We had the family suite with 7 of us and we were comfortable. The hotel was clean, they were always cleaning. Even when we came back after Disneyland they were cleaning hand rails and floors in the hallways, stairwell and lobby. Staff was super friendly and would hold conversations with us, answering all of our tourist questions 😉.

The guest upstairs.. was stomping up and down the stairs all night literally all night long. Stairs rattled, noisy. Didn't sleep well. Will make sure I'm AWAY from.the stairs next time I stay here.
