The location of The Lodge at Riverside is excellent. Being by the river is beautiful. The Lodge is close to restaurants, shops, and activities. The breakfast is great because it is a full breakfast, not just a continental breakfast. It is just what you need before heading out to the outdoor activities in the area. The wine and cheese offered in the evening, and the warm cookies also offered in the evening are both a really nice touch. We highly recommend staying at The Lodge at Riverside!

The “hot breakfast” was a continental breakfast without any options. Nothing we could eat with out diets.

The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The staff was great, friendly and gave good tips on where to get a great dinner.

The staff was wonderful. George went out of his way to make us feel welcomed. Poured us a glass of wine while we were checking in (it was after 5). The room was comfortable. Lots of space. Unfortunately, a herd of elephants checked into the room above us! No fault of the staff just the result of an older building. All in all, it was a very nice stay.

Beautiful reception, greeted with a warm fire and a complimentary glass of wine! The room was spacious and nicely appointed—nice linens, coffee maker and toiletry products. Lovely breakfast. The staff (especially George) are warm and helpful. The little things like a fire and fresh baked cookies are delightful.

The staff was professional ,so courteous and welcoming. The Happy Hour was so nice in the lodge lobby along with cozy fire and warm cookies to close out the evenings just added that special touch to our stay. Our room was comfortable ,clean and spacious. The grounds of the hotel has beautiful trees, overlooks the Rogue River and close to many restaurants and shops.

If other guests allow the door to shut or they shut hard, it can be loud, but otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

The lodge is very cozy, it is an older building but it has been updated and is nice to stay in. Very nice evening accomadations in the lodge with wine tasting and cookies/milk, each are set at different times. There are bathrobes to use which I found amazing, you usually dont see this unless your in a 5 star hotel. The swimming pool is heated, so for the fall it is great. Breakfast is held in a seperate building which is nice and feels very rustic and homey. It was nice to have ceramic and glass cups in the room along with q-tips and cottonballs. :) Also has amazing hot water that lasts. I will stay here again.

Staff was so friendly. George says he bakes the fresh cookies every night. Yup, you get free cookies if you check in after 8 and if you’re earlier you get wine! Room was huge and clean and the breakfast was good too

The room was clean and comfortable, but the carpet was very stained and looked dirty due to the stains. Our friends that we were traveling with had a new carpet. Was told they were in process of upgrading all carpets. Ours just wasn't done yet. I think the carpet could have been shampooed prior to our use.

Loved that the Lodge was on the Rogue River. Great view and Beautiful property. Loved the scenic path/walk to the restaurant and the restaurant (TapRock) was wonderful. Staff at both places were great!

Breakfast food is always difficult. I'm not a fan of the usual eggs served almost everywhere. The coffee definitely could have been better.

The desk staff were kind and friendly, freshly made chocolate chip cookies were on hand to welcome us, even though we were late arriving. The extra security of a gate between the parking lot and rooms felt very comforting.

Everything seemed to be relatively clean and in order with the exception of the carpet it could stand to be replaced or thoroughly cleaned at least. A lot of Stains, Motel 6 reminiscent.

Nice and quiet, not a lot of street noise or door opening and closing or people noise. Charming older property.

The location of this Lodge is totally awesome! Has awesome view of river and their pool! Rooms are awesome with outside seating with great views and comfortable bed! Staff was awesome and very friendly! Breakfast was great!
