The room was too narrow and small even we had a queen room. Also, there is a glass door to the bathroom next to the bed. This brings more intimacy :) also, there is no other ventilation for the bathroom. This is a huge problem because after the shower the humidity gets high. Also we had a hard time to close the glass door for the bathroom it was not working properly. It was hard to open the windows to get fresh air.

The location was amazing. It is close to the main touristic areas. The staff was helpful. Also the rooftop has an amazing view. The room was clean all the time.

The size of the room is rather small, especially for two people with small handluggage, but for that prize it’s still absolutely worth it. Unfortunately, the rooftop area was closed off during the visit.

Great location not far from the Times Square area. The room had a wonderful view of the Empire State Building which was a very welcome surprise. Everyone at reception was welcoming and friendly as well. There’s also free coffee in the morning which I loved very much.

The hotel took a deposit as a guarantee which is quite understandable. However, this guarantee payment was almost 1.5 times the actual payment and although more than 3 weeks have passed, it still appears as a provisional payment in my credit card. And the hotel did not provide a great assistance to resolve this. I hope they will fix this soon!

The heating system was really noisy even when I wasn't using the heating. The noise kept waking me up during the night. I also reported the plug socket by the desk as faulty but the staff just brushed it to onside

We expected the room to be small, but we did not have much luggage so regarding the size of the room we managed to make it work. Unfortunately there were other things that contributed to giving it lower rating: - The separator between the sleeping part and the toilet is literally just a thin glass. It is partially blurred but from the bed you can see, hear and smell everything happening in the toilet. If you or your travel partner have a shy bladder, it might be better to skip this hotel, because otherwise you will need to improvise a lot. - Lack of power sockets near the bed. On one side of the bed there were none, and on the other side they were well hidden by the nightstand (nightstand is just a fancy metal shelf on the wall) - One knob for hot and cold water in the shower, which you need to know exactly how much to turn or you will get way too cold or way too hot shower.

- The location of the hotel is very convenient. It's in the walking distance from Empire State Building and Times Square. - The room was very clean when we entered, and it was cleaned daily. We got fresh clean towels every day. Entire hotel looked very clean. - Elevators were fast and we did not need to wait long even during busy hours. - In proximity of the hotel there is a few shops and also quite a few restaurants and diners. - The public transport station is very close, so it's quite convenient to reach other parts of the city. - The location of the hotel felt safe, even after dark. It's close to busy road so there is always people and traffic near. - The room was very quiet and we did not hear our neighbours, but our room was at the very end of the hallway, so it's possible that other rooms (specially those close to the elevator) are more exposed to the noise. Also our room looked at the side street, so there was not much traffic noise coming from the outside. - During our stay, the weather was cold and rainy for a few days, but the heating in the room worked quite fine. - The hotel has a nice rooftop bar which is open when the weather is good. - There is also quite good free coffee served during breakfast time.

Room very very small, I had to keep my suitcase closed and standing to be able to open and close the room door. Internet was down for about a day, it caused that I had to buy extra data to be able to work in the evening and the morning from the room. The room had a loud sound every 15 minutes that woke me up in the middle of the night- after I complained they gave me a new room, which was fine (bigger) but the water pressure in the shower was that strong that hurt.

WIFI wasn't as performant as I would have liked. I had a bit work to complete during my trip that required downloading large amounts of data and ended up having to rely on my phone's data plan.

The wi fi wasn’t very good, and the tv was kind of old and small. The bathroom is not as private as it should, i was traveling alone so not an issue, but if you are traveling with someone else, that is something to consider.

The room was nice, it was small, and not entirely comfortable, but for the price is good, at least for New York prices. The location is good, you are close to grand central, and walking distance to main attractions.
