There was nowhere to hang up a jacket or anything. I can see room arrangement wouldn't allow a closet. Maybe a few clothes hooks would help.

The handicapped accessible room was very clean. Staff was accommodating arranging pick up from airport and return to airport. Breakfast was a voucher to be used in an onsite restaurant. Food was good.

All great, if I had to be critical they have a policy that both guests have to be present to get the free breakfast, if one person wakes up early and goes down to breakfast then the other person is out of luck. Next time I’ll know better, and I will be back

Wonderful details like a book exchange, a jigsaw puzzle, and trivia games. Room itself very comfortable, very good coffee and toiletries, excellent pillows, quietly efficient air con.

I wish they had a coffee shop in there.

Super convenient! Had a nice restaurant and bar on site. 24hr convenience store, a little movie theatre, deli, great complimentary breakfast like a mini mall under the hotel. Staff were super nice! The waitress we had a couple times at the Cascade Grill was amazing and so friendly! Just a once stop shop for everything.

The fan on the heater/AC unit was loud. I had to turn it off, then the room got stuffy, so I turned it to auto. Throughout the night the AC kicked on and kept waking me up.

I liked the location close to the airport. I also liked the restaurant and convenient store all in the same building as the hotel.

All the amenities! Super helpful, sweet staff. I came in very late and they got me an Uber w/o charge…over and above! I didn’t know what to expect, as it’s a ‘truck stop’, and I was a single female. I felt super safe and the very nice breakfast was a bonus also! I’d stay there again in a heartbeat!

Unfortunately there was a water leak on our floor and had to tell staff the issue. They handled it immediately. Hope it's fixed before our next stay because we will come back.

The hotel has amenities like multiple choices to eat and the gas. Was pet friendly except people didn't pick up after their pets but most guests are truckers.

I liked that rooms were not carpeted so my allergies to dogs and cats were not at issue in a pet friendly hotel. It felt cleaner. Hot water didn’t take ages to kick in.

Our room was on the side of the filling station. Trucks started up around 3am, so it was noisy. The heating system worked well but was also kind of noisy when it went on and off.

Super clean and warm. Breakfast options were very nice. The shower was fine. Just an overnight stay. We didn't use the TV.

Really wasn’t much I didn’t like. I guess I would’ve liked some more comfortable chairs in the lobby or elsewhere.

I was warmly welcomed and checked in quickly. The room was great and I got a wonderful night’s sleep. They should’ve wasn’t working, but they provided a free Uber from the airport and then back to the airport. Wonderful!
