Shower hard to use. Need to update the welcome message and eliminate mask mandate. Do not know what expert thought it a good idea to put the chraging statkons so that any users blocked the main entrance.

I was disappointed that the hot tub/jacuzzi was filled in and not operational. There wasn't enough handicapped parking.

I liked the atmosphere and the location relative to the activities we participated in. I liked that we were able to have our grandchildren come and swim with us in the pool. The water was a little too cold, but kids are used to freezing when they go to swimming pools. They just like to swim and play and that is what we did. The staff was really accommodating, cheerful, and friendly.

There was no hot tub even though it was advertised, this has been removed by the hotel. The hotel incorrectly charged me $2,200 on checkin as they had not yet been paid by booking.com which was to the detriment of me, your guest. So not happy with booking.com and the service they provided as they left us in a poor position.

Location was brilliant, facilities were great, and the cleaning staff were very good.

Lack of continental breakfast from what the reception desk told us. Lack of smaller fitted sheets for the available crib that can be given to guests, the wider sheets provided were a possible hazard to our little one.

Proximity to various tourist spots and shopping venues. Various facilities on offer such as gym, swimming pool, business space, etc. The property was also fairly safe, requiring card access to go to any floor excluding the lobby.

Good hotel for stopping during road trip. Ample parking and located near a few restaurants. Staff was helpful and hotel accepts dogs. Excellent water pressure in shower and the hotel has transitioned away from single use toiletries.

Wasn't as spotless as I thought it would be up in room. AC wasn't as cool as I had wanted it to be. I was hot most of night.

The bed was stiff like sleeping on a box spring without a mattress. The pool was cold. The bathroom had stains on the ceiling.

one staff member at the bar/restaurant had a cold/flu/illness would literally sneeze and cough non stop for the 20 min while I waited for my food. A person exhibiting every symptom of a cold should not come to work. it was obvious to everyone around. her manager should have forced her to go home. she risked the life of my dying immunocompromised mother I’m visiting. as well as everyone else around. ridiculous.

2 big issues. The room heating/cooling unit was noisy. On and off all night. The bathroom floor needed a serious cleaning and the carpet had numerous obvious stains. I expected more for the price I paid.

My room was hot. I was too tired to go to see about getting another room. I put the thermostat on 60 and it never cooled off. The toilet seat is loose. I was in room 231
