We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaThe sheets on the bed were pilling a lot. I would not have expected this at a hotel that costs $270 for a night. Also, the bed sagged in the middle. I think a daily additional fee of $25 is pretty insane. You can't say certain amenities are "complimentary" when it's literally paid for in this daily fee.
The space was very clean and comfortable. The front desk attendant upon check in was great. The wifi was strong, and parking was easy. The location was very walkable. You're downtown in minutes by foot.

United States of AmericaBed frame with sharp edges resulted in a couple of bruises. In-room electronic safe was inoperable. We were never informed that a small breakfast bar was available until after we'd checked out. Couldn't charge our EV in the hotel garage because all chargers were inoperable.

United States of AmericaToll House could use a some routine decor upgrade (bathrooms, paint, rugs, etc.). Security in the underground parking garage didn't seem very good.
We were traveling with two small dogs. The room set up was very good. Very good access on the ground floor for dog walking and garage. The area was quiet but an easy walk to cafes and variety of restaurants. Los Gatos seems to be very dog friendly.

United States of AmericaThey were very stingy with the cups in the room. Only 2 for bath and bedroom, for two people. How much does a cup cost? Also, they were stingy with wash cloths of all things. Other places we’ve stayed, there are usually 4 cloths. For a handicap room they only had a king size bed, but it was comfortable for my daughter and myself. Also the toilet seat slipped off its intended place, which was uncomfortable when you sat on it. Generally speaking, it was beautiful and comfortable and clean. Also fell short of coffee in the room. They could have had more than two cups provided because we drink coffee in the room, especially since the restaurant was closed Sunday Also they took a VERY long time to answer calls. Maybe they are short staffed, especially at night.
We missed the Saturday breakfast because of a miscommunication. Sunday the restaurant was closed, so we had no breakfast either day we were there
