The room is small but enough for one person. Location is great, close to a lot of Halal food options. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful and considerate. JULIET and RONNIE both were great people. They assisted me with all i needed. Thank you guys for being kind. 🥰🥰 o

First the location. I would recommend to anyone going in San Francisco for the first time to avoid accommodations in the center of the city as it is unsafe and there are a lot of shady people. Better to be accommodated in another neighborhoods so you could walk freely at night. As per the hotel, the building was old and not so clean but it was good value for the money, especially for a short stay.

The staff was really pleasant and hospitable.

The lobby is pretty much non-existent and the hotel itself is old and has a musty smell but I suppose that's to be expected. Our room faced the street; the customers at the bar/restaurant across the street were extremely noisy every night and yelled and screamed until about 2:00am (no joke). There are also some homeless people on the street; they didn't bother us but the area is borderline unsavory. I wouldn't say this is a budget-friendly hotel but it was the cheapest we could find on short notice for the dates we wanted.

The beds and pillows were very comfortable -- not too soft like many hotels. The hot water in the shower was very hot and refreshing after a long day of sightseeing and walking around. The room was clean and we had no complaints. Reception staff (we met 3 people during our stay) were all very friendly and helpful. The diner next door was pretty good and we got a discount coupon to use for breakfast.

The surrounding neighborhood is fine during the day time, but I'd be wary at night. If you're looking for nightlife, this isn't the area.

Good clean rooms. Great value Nice people.. Old fashioned diner.

Juliette, the lady at the counter, very welcoming, even allowed us to check-in two hours earlier. Have us nice tips. The hotel is located near Union Square, public transportation is very easy.

Wish they had bottled water. The temperature of the room is not adjustable, it was super hot my last night had to open the window thus the street noise.

Convenient location to union square. Every staff member was very nice and helpful, they gave me a reduced parking $30/overnight in/out provides. Clean room, housekeep daily! The hotel was quiet but the streets of SF activities you can hear (I had a room facing the street) but nothing earplugs can’t fix. Good price for SF

It might not be quiet at night, but it is because of many things going on the streets, not the hotel itself.

Perfect location near Union Square, with many restaurants and bars nearby. Just right on the " good" side of the border with Tenderloin. Close to public transportation. Discount obtained to get breakfast in a restaurant next to the hotel. It is a safe hotel with a controlled/monitored entrance. The staff was amicable all the time.

Only thing was in the night time I could hear a lot of noise within the hotel like people walking or taking showers. Thin walls. But was too tired for it to be an issue.

Well managed and designed. Best location for me near halal food restaurants.

The only complaint that I had was that the shower head was a bit leaky so I could hear it dripping at night. The beds were a bit thin but still very comfortable.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating to my issues with travel delays. There was a diner downstairs I got a discount for staying at the hotel, and the room was cleaned every day. Perfect for the price and location. The subway was a short walk away and there was a lot to do within walking distance.
