You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

We ended up checking other hotel and lost money for the reservation. Also, the name of the hotel at your website is different from the actual hotel. ( truck park near the entrance had a smashed window).

United States of America- Billings isnt a great neighborhood to be in. I left as soon as I woke up - Sulfur plant nearby. The entire outside area smells bad of it. - Hotel lobby and hall didnt look too nice/clean (room was fine) - Almost no towels. Few provided were tiny -SUPER incomfy bed for side sleepers

United States of AmericaAt first we thought we were at the wrong place; there was no sign indicating a name change. The sink didn't drain and we had to brush our teeth in the bathtub. The bed was very noisy. The AC stopped working, even though the light was still on. Later we discovered that by unplugging and re-plugging it, we could get it to start again. The TV turned on by itself 3 times (really!) It was almost impossible to regulate the shower temperature. There was a small coffee maker, but no coffee or cups. I was able to get coffee and cups by going down to the desk and requesting. The desk clerk, though polite, said there were no nearby restaurants in the area other than the one in the building and a Pizza Hut. We found several eateries within a few blocks. A few small things that I would have forgotten about had there not been so many "surprises": empty tissue box, no toilet paper roller

Rooms were not really clean. New owners. Likely trying to get a start but I’ll wait a few years before I return.

United States of AmericaThe hallway smelled like marijuana and wasn't very clean. The carpet and paint looked to be very old which is ok but it looked very grungy. To get coffee you had to walk all the way around the inside of the building (which is quite a walk)just to find out they are out of coffee. This happened 3 times! While loading our bags into our car we kept getting approched by a very strange man on a bicycle, he scared the daylights out of my 4yr old grandaughter.
The room was spacious and clean. Bonus having a refrigerator in the room to hold medications.

United States of AmericaI sent a message ahead of my arrival asking to have all towels, wash cloths etc. Put on the sink outside the bathroom. Because my wheelchair does not fit through the bathroom door. Because I am a paraplegic and unable to walk or stand. Also the sidewalk from the handicapped parking was not shoveled and I had to wait a few hours before this was accomplished. As they had no staff available and the kind lady working the desk helped when she was able to.
The price was right. The bed was comfortable. The size of the room was great.
