Excellent location, staff were extremely friendly. We had dinner at the Resturant and the food was amazing. We did not have the breakfast but walked passed and regretted not taking that option. The room was amazing, luxury all around. Really appreciated on our road trip around the Grand Canyon. Would highly recommend.

The staff are super friendly and very helpful from the moment you walk in and are greeted throughout your stay. Room was extremely comfortable and very clean. Location is perfect for walking or riding one of the free bike rentals anywhere you want to go in town. Rooms are beautifully decorated, and they even include extra touches like robes and a personalized welcome note.

Had a room with a fireplace. The pilot light made the room a bit stuffy for April. Otherwise place was great.

I'd like the property to take a closer look at some easy sustainability options: for instance, using dispensers in the showers vs individual plastic bottles, and providing a recycling bin in the rooms.

The food at the downstairs restaurant, Seco, was amazing. The front desk staff was extremely accommodating. The room was quiet, nicely appointed, and comfy.

Where do I start? The restaurant on site was amazing for dinner and a good breakfast was offered for $10 pp. The room was spacious, charming, and very comfortable. What made this property stand out were the personnel - from the check in process, our stay, the restaurant staff, and the check out process, we were made to feel so welcomed and appreciated. They all made this experience a memorable one! They even contacted me and offered to mail an item I had left behind in the room. Thank you to everyone who works there! You’re making a difference!

The walls are thin, so you can hear some noise. Didn't bother me though.

The hotel is very cute and rooms are comfortable. The owners add a personal touch to your trip by reaching out to you to make sure you got everything you need.

Beautiful with comfy beds & spacious room with big bathroom. Able to enter various doors close to where we parked. Small dinette & frig in room. Later saw the hallway coffee bar and microwave for guests.

We love this hotel so much--we try to come through at least once a year on our way to Sedona. One of the best draws is the restaurant in the shared space, Sego. We had a lovely dinner there for our 20th wedding anniversary.

The restaurant in the hotel is booked for reservations way in advance. It would have been good to know that ahead of time, but we also booked last minute so I did not think to look into it.

This place is a jewel in the desert. The rooms are well decorated and fun, certainly worth the value.

Pool closed 2 weeks early. Could use a magnifying mirror pull out over sink and some more hooks or small shelves for toiletries/bag.

Concierge in this small hotel was personable, super helpful and knowledgeable about the area & day trip /guide recommendations. Loved the location and atmosphere. Sego restaurant in house was fabulous - highly recommend reservations so you’re not left wandering looking for a good meal. Sunday it’s closed. Fire pit patio lovely.

Being picky room decor was all brown which made it quite dark but think all rooms are different.

Really enjoyed our stay. A nice change from the chain hotels. Room was spacious and bed comfortable. Bathroom a bit small. On site restaurant Sego was a huge bonus. Delicious food. Convenient stop for GC north rim, Bryce and Zion
