The location was wonderful... Residential, quiet, and private, but easy access to downtown. Kevin is a wonderful host... Great communication, friendly, and kind enough to let us arrive early to our room. Snacks are a great touch as well.

Kevin was very helpful. Telling us what was around and being sure we were taken care of. Check in was a breeze and the place is really nice. Much bigger than just a normal hotel room. My family and I could spread out.

The room was just the right size. Kevin was friendly and helpful with information of the area. The room was clean and it was a quiet area. The location is just slightly away from the main town but close enough you can get there in minutes. We found great places to eat and we're close to many sight seeing areas. Plus the view was wonderful. Of a 6 state, week long trip it was BY FAR the BEST stay. We are blessed to have ended the week there.

Fantastic host and a stunning location with a view over Rapid City that’s second to none. The room was clean, well appointed, and stocked with refreshments and snacks. Kevin went above and beyond to assist with an anniversary surprise which was sincerely appreciated. Would definitely go out of my way to stay here again.

Nothing that would change my star rating. A bit more space for toiletries would be nice. Maybe a TV tray next to the sink?

So roomy! Much better than a hotel with quick responsive communication from Kevin. He doesn't charge a big cleaning fee like other vacation rentals. The snacks and drinks in the fridge available to welcome us. Comfy beds with lots of pillows. 2 ply toilet paper. Detachable shower head.

What a great accommodation and super nice host. The apartment is very spacious, well-equipped, clean and well located. Kevin is a great host, he spent a lot of time for us and was always available. Great experience!

Kevin was super friendly and accomodating. Bed was comfy, pillows were so soft, and the AC was great at keeping the room cool. When I ran behind schedule and didn't get to the property until after 11 pm, Kevin said he'd come by in the morning before I left for the payment, and while running my card we talked a bit, and he showed me his son's project cars. If I'm ever in Rapid City area again this will be my first choice.

I don’t know where to start. I have seen so many 5-star reviews online; when you get to the property, it’s 1-star. This property exceeded everything. The room was clean in all areas. Very nice landscape outside. On top of that, my kids had a complimentary drinks and snacks upon arrival.

The host is the world most kind. The location is good to go to the downtown or the mount Rushmore. This is the best place in Rapid City, and was the best in more than 15 places where I had been for last 20 days during the summer trip. Good: a shower hose, the windows are easy to open, the night view is awesome, the room is spacious, the door is easy to open(no cards needed), etc.

Excellent location … quiet, on a hill overlooking the town. The host Kevin is very personable gentleman . Very responsive to communication, friendly, and informative about places of interest. Check in and check out was a breeze. Water coffee and snacks are a welcome addition to get you going in the morning. Highly recommended.

There wasn't anything to dislike about the room or service. The layout of the room differed from a typical Floorplan, but it was fine.

This is a very clean and comfortable room. The owner provided friendly, personalized care. We'll be staying here every time we visit Rapid City.
