I didn't like that it smells like cigarettes smoke and the cigarettes burns on the edge of the tub. The hallways smell like pot. We stay here often and the rooms that are completely updated are much nicer than the one we're staying in this time. The breakfast has nothing but carbs. No fruit? I'm still booking again for another night. After all we will still stay here.

I didn’t like the fact that I booked a hotel for me and my five children and only got two beds, not due to the hotel salt due to the Booking.com’s fault because when somebody puts how many kids they have in there, there should be enough room for them to sleep thank God the woman That came in the night. Shift was a nicer person and got me a cot, but still a very uncomfortable sleep because we had to squeeze kids into my bed and the beds are really hard and I broke out in a rash from the bed. Also, there was no towels at the pool . Also, the reason I pay at property is so I can make sure I have enough money I was never told there was gonna be a security deposit of $100.

That room was very small. I didn’t have hot water for the oatmeal or hot tea.

The pictures on the site are extremely deceptive. Nothing looked like that. We upgraded the room to what was supposed to be a King suite with a sofa and living room space, according to the pictures. However, what we walked into was a box with a King size bed. The toilet seat was loose. The bed made a huge loud noise when just climbing in or out. Management did absolutely nothing to accommodate us when we complained. The floors were tore up, wires coming out of the heater and stains on the tub. Never Again. Do not waste your money.

Room staff needs to be proactive regarding room sweeping and linen care.

Room never serviced. Bed was made once and i had to ask the staff. Had to ask for towels and ilthe room needed sweeping. Never happened. The breaktast is very good. Same products every morning. Need different options.

One of the beds was sunk in a bit. There weren't enough plugs for devices. The hotel, in general, needs work. The pool was nasty/disgusting, and even the seating area needed cleaning. One of the AC was broken but functioning, somewhat. Breakfast or lack thereof.....only cereal. The TVs, neither worked properly, could be that neither remote controlers worked. However, one of the staff behind the front counter was polite and extremely helpful, the other not so much.

The convenience, it was within proximity of where we wanted to visit.

Smells of hallway smelt like smoke the staff seemed a bit shady specially on ways they handle transactions I payed cash and still charged my card it was on hold so I had less spending money for the trip. Also lack of pillows on beds there where like 2 each on each bed in the room

The rooms and common areas are dated. The breakfast hours could be longer for weekend/holiday stays. Access to the hotel was tricky. Something questionable on the bathroom walls?

The hotel is old and could use some updating especially with the furniture in the rooms. The cleaning products smell was still present in the room I was in. And the shower pressure was bad.

There were many small black, flying gnats in the sink. Every day there were many, and I had to wash them down. Also, I went to the front desk and asked for a more firm pillow and the person said they didn’t have any more pillows. Then later, I saw a person working there delivering a pillow to another room. I asked about it and he said yes they do have pillows. The guy at the desk must’ve been just too lazy.
