I didn't like the harassment from the neighbors and the tall, drunken white guy who pounded on our door for no obvious reason. He was irate and violently enraged. I saw him through the peekhole and didn't open the door. A car dropped him off we believe. Unknown identity so far. Weird and dangerous to experience and have happen outside the room. Thanks to locks we were safe from harm and lodge invasion or robbery or kidnapping. Phew!

I liked the privacy that the manager gave my female friend and I as long as we were in the room we booked, essentially a closed-quarter (the room with its expectation of reasonable privacy). I liked the cleanliness of the bed spreads and sheets and towels and, in general, the entire room. I really like that this place has a nice microwave and nice refrigerator that is not run-down (like other motels) in each kitchenette. I saw there's a suite that is for 4 adults and I desire to check it out eventually for another reason besides this booking that we stayed.

I disliked how there was no adult entertainment channels readily available and accessibile to all guest rooms, there was no pornography on cable television. I also disliked how I was unable to obtain the password for the free Wi-Fi available on the property. I dislike how I was basically tortured with harassment, humiliation and hateful words and hate-speech gestures taking aim at my Qabalah rabbinical religion of the priesthood. Somebody outside was monitoring, spying and probably recording every single detail of my personal activities in my private quarter (room) and they were sexually harassing me. They also defamed my character and slandered my name.

I liked the fact that the motel manager here at the Town and Country Inn in Santa Maria, CA minded his own business to a great extent. More so than elsewhere on Broadway.

Once in awhile someone would drive in at night time with sound system blaring real loud. It would last longer than I liked before it got shut down.. Cable could use more selection to watch.

The condition of the bathroom was very old and worn out.

Staff was very friendly and the location is very convenient for a stop-over along Highway 1. Check-in was quick. Rooms were clean and very quiet although so close to the main road. Parking was available free of charge directly in front of the rooms.

Couch was very dirty (I would have just rid of it )hotel needing some renovations,shower did not have a place to hold the shower handle on top so you could shower hands free,toilet seat was swinging too much . No hair dryer or coffee maker in unit ,have to ask for it ,could use more pillows but 2 I guess is standard

Being vacated of my room by a stranger I hadn't met before, the manager's wife allegedly. I've been patronizing the motel for decades alone and with friends and family, since the 1990s. I dislike how they interrupted my Zoom meeting. It was very, very important that I not be disturbed nor impeded upon during the meeting but the front desk assistant and alleged wife of manager cared not for ethics and professionalism. No privacy from them once inside the room. Shame.

Cleanliness of (specifically) room 21, my usual room given to me by the regular male manager who not available this night unfortunately.
