The bathroom vent was LOUD. Especially when in the shower. I used it as little as possible as it would bother my ears after a bit. Also didn't catch that not all rooms have bathtubs. It wasn't a major issue for me this trip, but if you *need* a bathtub be sure to specify that you do.

Great location, comfy beds, friendly staff. Room was clean, and was a good value for an overnight stay.

The rooms need maintenance attention and a deep cleaning. The carpets look grungy. Bathroom: The tub stopper didn't work properly and there was a piece that kept falling off. The back of the door was dirty. Kitchen: There was no sugar or creamer for coffee. And 3 out of the 4 plastic mugs were cracked and leaked.

The location is easy to get to and located near the Portland Mall and lots of other things. The staff were friendly. The beds are super comfy. We had a two bedroom suite and it was nice and spacious

My wife & i kept getting hang up calls during the night. It got bad we had to leave at 1sm in the morning. And i clearly saw you could use the card i reservation on. He would let me me yse. I could of swiped He kept refusing me. Bad all around! Will.not stay at that place again.

Staff was a little rude but nothing too crazy. Room showed very minor damage in kitchen area from improperly installed drawers rubbing against the wall. Adjoining door was initially unlocked when we entered which was a little concerning as there were guests in the room next door.

Room was in good shape and reasonably taken care of. Bed was as expected from previous stays at other Candlewood suites and comfortable. Very convenient location, Close to multiple shopping locations, and short drive to Maine turnpike, I95 and downtown Portland.

I would have liked to have combined my two stays in to one. Very inconvenient for me to have to leave and come back. That ended up costing me a lot of money

I needed to stay longer than 29 days but I couldn’t book the whole time in on booking- this forced multiple moves and a huge inconvenience resulting in some couch sleeping and extra expenses to me.

The older gentleman who checked us in was unpleasant and rude. He kept trying to give us rooms that were dirty and smelled very bad. We had to look at 5 different rooms before he gave us one that wasn’t disgusting.

The price was nice when compared to downtown, rooms looked ok online.

I thought facilities just seemed a little tired and could use a re-fresh. The carpets and elevator were not especially clean.

Good value. The room was had great space to stay for a few days. It was well equipped and the bed was comfortable. Gentleman at the desk was very helpful even though he worked at least a double shift. I checked in at 5:00 p.m. and left at 8:00 and he was still at the desk.

Wish they had king size beds also the carpets in the room we had needs to be steam cleaned desperately you could feel how dirty it was. There was also a very strong ofour when we walked into the building The grounds and building we were in need some TLC need more utensils in the kitchenette and a sink plug would help

It was difficult to find the hotel from the highway, and once I arrived, the hotel didn't have local maps to allow easy navigation to find other nearby locations. Also, when I arrived, there was a sign at the desk saying, "Back in five minutes," but it was about twenty minutes before anyone was available to check me in.

Although the property shows signs of wear and tear, my room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was just okay, but it was convenient.

No hangers or luggage rack in the room. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash holder was not attached to the wall when we arrived (we found it sitting on a shelf). The fridge made a humming noise.

Good size room with plenty of space. The kitchen is a bit small (you wouldn't want 2 people trying to cook at once) but functional and well equipped.

The handle on the recliner in the living room was visibly broken so couldn’t raise my legs. My ankles swell and had to go to bed to elevate my feet. The window sill in the kitchen was filthy. The phone in the living room wouldn’t work. The ice maker didn’t function either. When I called the front desk they told us to walk to the other building with the ice tray from the freezer. When my husband walked over to get the ice, the ice maker in the lobby wasn’t working either so the front desk went and filled it elsewhere.

The fact that it was 2 bedroom with doors that closed because my husband and I traveled with our friend.
