To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

MexicoThe room we got was at the very end of the hall, I love walking but when you are on holiday this long hall might just be too much. Also the room furniture looked torn, old and dirty. There were makeup stains in the drawer that I could remove by just passing a tissue over it which leads me to believe they only vacuum and change the bed sheets without giving an eye to the rest of the room. The bathroom was clean but the room was not cleaned well, this was disappointing, so I would encourage the hotel management to be more mindful about their cleaning procedures. Also the elevators are a mess, they take too long even tough they are divided by sections and room numbers.
TI is located in Las Vegas Strip, right next to the mall Fashion Show, I loved that there is a CVS inside and also electric stairs that take directly to the bridge that connects to the Fashion Mall. The check out was easy and fast, but if you are in a rush there are some booth for express checking, and the location is perfect.

United States of AmericaThe first day I arrived I went to the counter to check in. The young lady behind the counter was not overly friendly and didn't seem like she wanted to talk very much. After I gave her my drivers license and credit card, she handed me a piece of paper and asked me write down my phone # and email address. Not sure why this was done......don't you have my email address and phone # from my reservation? The next day I went to visit Zion and Bryce Canyon and spent the night in Bryce. The following day I again stayed at TI for two nights, but this time I checked in online and checked out online. Pretty convenient.
My first night checking in was "ok." More on that below. The room was clean and neat. I got a good nights rest. Never used the pool. I did have breakfast at the Coffee Shop and both the food and service were excellent. Parking at TI is free and easy to get to. Thank you for offering this service to your guests. I went to the MGM and they wanted fifty dollars to park there....... I quickly exited.
