Came here to see the solar eclipse. Got my room months in advance before prices went up. When I showed up, I was told "we cancelled all of our bookings through online". I got no cancellation notice. I think they might have done this so that they could charge someone else more for the room.

The place in the pictures looked remodeled when in fact it wasn't, also showed a breakfast area with the usual waffle maker, etc., and there wasn't. All still from the 1950's which is fine, provided you paint it to make it look presentable. Don't know how to wash windows or paint. Husband tried to open the door from the inside, it took me several minutes to figure it out, it wasn't the locks, the door was stuck. Wouldn't have been great if there had been an emergency. Also looked up the property online in its name and it said the place was permanently closed. That gave me a nice warm and fuzzy feeling!

Toilet wouldn't flush, ran every 5 minutes, room was falling apart, tiles coming up off of the floor, room wasn't clean.

Booked a king room with whirlpool got a dirty room with 2 full instead. Even after confirmation saying it was available. Had no other choice at that point .

There were only a couple of negatives, no daily housekeeping which wouldn't have been bad except there were only 2 wash clothes, 2 towels and 2 hand towels in the room and there was not an extra roll of toilet paper in the room. Something that other reviews have mentioned, the smell of stale cigarette smoke. As a former smoker, I know that it permeates everything, the rooms need a deep clean that includes shampooing carpets and furniture and using lysol etc on the walls and ceilings to get the smell out. The drains and jets in the jetted tub could use a good cleaning as well.

I was really nervous about this property because of other reviews. Our room was huge, king size bed, full size refrigerator freezer, a sitting/living room and large bathroom with a large jetted tub. The owner/staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was mostly clean, the bed was clean, the bathroom clean, the floors clean, just don't look too closely at the cracks and crevices. The property is old, the grounds are well kept and my husband described the room as having a retro look. I'm really glad that we didn't avoid this property, we had a very pleasant stay, we were allowed to have our dogs and the rate was very inexpensive.

The sheets were extremely old n stained . Everything was clean just missing peel n press tiles bathroom floor. Stained walls just allot of disrepair. But clean .

Unfortunatrly these kind folks are way over their heads . The place needs a major overhaul .

Advertised a contential breakefast, no breakefast was available.

The shower was high pressure with hot water. The bedds were like sleeping on a cloud. Nice cold air conditioning. Mini fridge worked. Extremly pleasent front desk manager.

Absolutely disgusting, chipped paint all over, mold all in the bathroom. Shady people walked all over outside. The person at the desk tried to tell us that our card was declined so we had to pay cash. This motel belongs in the ghetto, not on Main Street in Clarence.

Scary stuff going on. Either drug dealers or sex trafficking or both. Do not book here. Forget about the old room that hasn’t been renovated since 1970’s It is not safe. The paper thin walls will allow you to hear everything three rooms away. Was in room for one hour, had to get out of there.Asked for my money back, told me they would credit my account. Didn’t, no surprise there. Check out a homeless shelter before booking this place, probably more safe
