A very pleasant, comfortable place to stay for a multiday getaway.

Location, It was located about three long blocks from the main plaza - an easy walk in a quasi-residential area. but not so close to "downtown" that you felt surrounded by noise and congestion. Amenities. Because these are small condos, they have all the features of a home with a small living/dining room and postage stamp sized balcony. Plus, the complex offers free washers and dryers, a couple of pools, a large lounge area, etc. Normal, non-touristy shopping is nearby. Very pleasant for a multi-day stay

The air vent was just above the TV and blew directly into the couch making it pretty chilly watching tv

Comfortable, clean, and fresh. Great location with walking distance to plaza, rail yards, and museums.

Swimming pool advertised on the website isn't open. When challenged on this, check in staff offered no apology, which was frustrating as I had chosen the hotel because of the pool.

Location was excellent - could walk to many attractions. Booking.com enabled a room upgrade. Staff facilitated extending my booking efficiently and were helpful during checkout.

Facilites need a little TLC. Mostly little things like the hasp latch on the door is so hard to fold back that it is pulling the screws out. I hate it when maintenance just gobs on silicone to seal up showers and tubs without cleaning it off of the surfaces on either side of the joint. Sleeper sofa is not comfortable to sit on (normal).

Nice room. Excellent layout. Small but adequate kitchen. Loved the location which is a 5 minute walk to downtown so didn't have to pay for parking.

I would like better quality towels and a few extra trash bags. The last night, neighboring guests next kept banging their door open and closed. I don't know if they were leaving, but they were very noisy.

Rooms very clean, mostly quiet and relaxing, easy to access gym and office. Staff was very accommodating.

I would have liked it better if the patio was not right on top of the parking lot. But it was OK.

Location was within walking distance to downtown. I loved the kitchen - clean, good number of utensils of good quality, well-equipped. And the living area and bedroom gave us the feeling of a home away from home.

One of the bedside lamps was either unplugged or faulty but it was rapidly fixed. Also, it was not clear that I had access to the lobby coffee and tea-making facilities until the day of my departure. From the info sheet I was handed, it looked like that was an extra amenity. It would have been helpful if, when I checked in, the desk staff had said "You are in building 2, which is across the street, but please know that you can come back to this building and enjoy the coffee and tea here in the lobby." I realize that the hotel can't be 24/7 but it would have been nice if the pool or hot tub were open earlier than 8 as I was attending a conference and needed to be out the door relatively early.

Good-sized comfortable room. I was able to regulate the temperature. I loved having a fridge and cooking facilities. And the hot tub was lovely. Staff was very attentive and helpful

The stairs led to a different exit so you would wind up at a different landing and area from the parking lot.

The property was close in town and walking distance to the plaza. The buildings were spaced out and ample parking for each. Checkin at the lobby office building was prompt and efficient. Lobby was comfortably and nicely appointed. Room was conveniently located by the elevator. Spacious with nice kitchen area, separate sink and separate bathroom. The bedroom was large with a nice balcony. The furniture was comfortable and clean.

The main swimming pool and hot tub were down for the week. Understandable since things need maintenance, but unfortunate since I was looking forward to evening hot tub soaks.. We had an upgraded room so we could use the other hot tub which was hot and all the jets worked the first time, but it was only warm the second time with only one jet working. The kitchen is great to have, but the utensils were absolutely minimal. No kettle to boil water for tea, no colander to drain pasta makes for risky hot water handling. If Villas is reading this, maybe some more silicone spatulas, a colander and sieves, a kettle (stove top kettle are $10 at nearby At Home). There is no oven so no pizza cooking or warming or other baking things. The fridge is very small and not for a tall person to access easily, but it did the job and the ice cube trays made enough ice for the road trip home (no ice maker). But... we did manage 4 days of breakfasts and dinners, only going out for dinner once. That helps with affordability which is always welcome on ski trips.

Excellent location for access to ski resort and local amenities. The hotel style luggage movers are great for unpacking and packing the car with lots of luggage. Nearby food store The Market, combined with kitchen facilities allowed us to avoid the hassle of restaurant dining for all but one meal. Hot tub was nice, though one was not functioning and the other worked the first day but had troubles the second day and was merely warm, not hit. The pull-out couch was incredibly comfortable, with a mattress that had no lumps or bars hurting ones back like some do. I was happy for my daughter, who had to sleep on it... she reported it was quite comfortable. The main bed was very comfortable. I have a challenging back that almost always hurts in the morning, but every morning I felt fine. After 4 days of skiing, I felt great which has not happened in years. The shower head was comfortable, and the shower and toilet room with a privacy door allowed 2 adults and one teen to get ready in the morning without privacy issues. The staff was very friendly, and when we mistakenly used room towels instead of pool towels for the trip to the hot tub, replacements were provided very promptly even though the request was made after 8 pm. FYI, pool towels for the second hot tub are available at the front desk.

Everything, except the bed. A little too firm. I had stayed here before and for some reason the bed seemed alot better the first time. Don't know what happened there. I actually got the exact same room as I did the first time I stayed.
