To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

NO GRAB AND GO MARKET AVAILABE N THE LOBBY IF YOU NEEDED A LATE NIGHT SNACK OR BEVERAGE YOU WILL HAVE TO WALK TO A STORE . THE SOAPS /LOTIONS THEY PROVIDE DO NOT SMELL GOOD AT ALL WE USED OR OWN

United States of AmericaThe male bartender made condescending remarks about what I was drinking, seemed 'in a hurry' and stressed. Everyone has a bad day so I get it, but I didn't need the condescension about what I order to drink.
Location is superior, especially in our case going to a concert at American Airlines Center. The hotel is approximately 500 feet from the entrance to American Airlines Center. Great location and the majority of staff are very helpful.

United States of AmericaWe couldn't set our room temperature as low as we would've liked. The people next to us were SUPER loud and the attached doors made the sounds even more unbearable. The Tv isn't a smart tv, which is fine, but would've been better if we could've connected to it from our phone like at other hotels we've stayed at in Dallas.
The view! We were on the 15th floor. Staff very helpful and friendly. I also like how housekeeping came when we left to do some activities, we came back to the room looking new again!

United States of AmericaLocation is fantastic. Steps from AA center, restaurants, bars. The view from our corner suite AA center view was awesome. But….. the bed in our $500 + room had the most uncomfortable bed either of us have ever experienced. The room would not cool below 72 degrees no matter what you set it on. Also not cool for a room this price. We loved the corner suite lay out and the balcony. But this room faces AA center is mostly windows, purposefully the problem with that is it’s like being on the Vegas strip because of the flashing bill boards at AA center. They did try to accommodate that with really heavy block out curtains but they just didn’t do the job. This is an amazingly appointed room that was extremely uncomfortable for us because we were hot, had flashing lights in our face, and had a seriously uncomfortable bed. Worst two nights of sleep I can remember in a hotel room. The valet service was great, really great guys doing that job. The front desk people had NY attitudes and were very unfriendly and unhelpful. The spa and hotel bar were very nice and we had good service. Overall I would not stay there again which is unfortunate. I’m not willing to pay that price for controlled temps and board like bed.
