The heater in the room didn’t work! I froze but it was rectified the next night!!

great location!! staff was fantastic!! Kim Reynolds made it feel like home at the Bistro and was absolutely wonderful!! The rest of the staff was wonderful as well!!

There is not much of a price difference at the Hilton nearby and that gives you a far more modern/luxury stay and is on the conference centre site. I think it could have been better value for money.

An acceptable hotel that had a nice range of facilities and was a good middle of the road stay. Vast majority of the staff were great - it was rare to encounter the "problem staff." Really great guy who does the airport transfers and cheerful housekeeping staff. I enjoyed the restaurant food and there were some bar staff that went "above and beyond" for me. Little pool area was cute but a bit neglected.

wish it was closer to restaurants and nightlife. it’s about a 10 min walk which isn’t bad but sometimes when your in the Florida heat / unpredictable rain you want something right there

the bistro on the property was so good for a quick lunch or dinner! the pool area was awesome and the staff was so friendly especially Sean and Savannah!! would deff stay again

It could be because of COVID, but it was extremely expensive and I paid over $300p/night (including tax). So maybe my expectations were higher because of the high price, but I was expecting a little better quality for this price.

It was a clean, nice and an adequate hotel. As far as hotels go this would be a mid range. The check-in and out staff were great and very helpful. The airport is also close and they provide a courtesy bus to and from the airport.

The room was dated and needed a bit of work, but was clean and comfortable. I really did not like the pillows. It felt like a bag of rags were in the pillowcase. Guessing those were feathers but it wasn't great. We were there for 6 days, so comfort was very important. Small thing- A/C was either freezing or a kind of warm. Somehow, we couldn't quite get it set to the ideal temperature. Dont like that you have to now be a platinum member to access concierge level. Really too much.

Lobby, pool and courtyard were lovely. Modern, clean, spacious and inviting. Staff was very nice. They were warm, professional and tried to accommodate guest requests. Housekeeping staff was great. Pool was clean, great size and landscaped pretty well. Staff came up to help my child with A/V for gaming.

Hello, When we arrived to our room on Thursday evening, the light fixtures were on the bed and furniture was not in the correct places. The front desk quickly came up to adjust but was thrown off when we entered the room.

The pool and hot tub were fully functional, but both were in need of repairs. Location of the hotel was sufficiently close the free trolley pick up points.

Good value for the money. The hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful and courteous.

Rooms are old

Location is good, close to airport. Restaurant inside is wonderful, as well as courtyard and pool for relaxing. Rooms are old and need updating.

Started off on the wrong foot .. I booked a suite through booking then come to find out booking only had access to book standard room . I was very disappointed when they gave me a standard room but luckily after I complained about what I thought I booked they booked me a suite that was available for and extra $100 from what I originally paid. Was still disappointed that I had to pay more but The room view made it better so I was ok with that.

It was clean. Location is great. Food at the Bistro was ok.
