I didn’t book one but had an interconnecting room, but even with door locked and shut I could still here next doors tv and talking. They went to bed early so wasn’t that bad for me. The lifts are really slow and old - still gets you up and down, more annoying than a problem! Bits of it look very dated, but it’s not particularly run down and I did get exactly what I was expecting - basic, with all the hotel essentials, just a little tatty round the edges.

Nice big room, the bed was really comfy and although a mix of old and new, some of the furniture and fixtures had been updated, (but still in that old 90’s retro style American hotels love!) - tons and tons of places to eat and shop at near by - also that little snack shop on site proved to be very handy. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was a bit dated . Carpeting was Buckling. The jacuzzi wasn’t working . There was a problem with the breakfast included in my roommate but they fixed it. The Plainview Hilton garden is nicer With more to offer in the market place snacks etc. larger selection of food options for breakfast at Plainview.

We usually stay at Hilton Garden Inns. We like it for the on site breakfast restaurant. Dog friendly and has a pool and jacuzzi.

Housekeeping: no trash removed and request for clean towels was ignored by day shift but happily accommodated by evening and night shift.

The power went out one morning because of a an accident nearby, someone hit a telephone pole, but I thought the generators my click in. it took over an hour. so I had to shower in the dark with no power😬. also, the noise of the fan was really hard to sleep with and you couldn’t turn it off.

AC was not working when I got into the room. Felt ill for 2 hours due to the heat in the room, until maint. was able to fix it but was not corrected until 1130pm. very tired at the time and dissatisfied that no one checked these things before I checked in.

It appeared the hallway and elevator rugs hadn't been vacuumed in a while. A lot of dirt and dust were noticeable.

Breakfast was very good. The breakfast host was so nice and welcoming. The bed was comfortable.

-elevator is run-down and a bit dirty....doesn't match the cleanliness of this hotel.

-thoughtful front desk -room was big and bright - enough desk space to spread out and a nice big comfy chair that could have become a pull-out bed, quiet HVAC -clean carpet -clean beds with clean smelling sheets and new-ish pillows -bathroom was clean and smelled clean -big fridge for putting in water, fruit, etc. -good coffee and tea selection at reception

That there is a charge of $ 200 being held on my card..The room was paid in full. No,to the room but a $100 fee was held for the incident fee...Never had this experience at any other Hilton I stayed at..If my money is not replaced back on the card bank filing fraud charges.

Restaurant was very expensive. 19 bucks for a chicken sandwich is a little high. Lots of noise in hallway and parking lot from yelling, music, etc. Even late. And I'm not usually a complainer but it was excessive.

The door was wheelchair difficult to exit the room. Beds were extremely hard. Not good for me or the wife.

The amenities were great. Really good food as well, but surprisingly pricey.

Couches and chairs need to be upgraded. Kind of old and saggy. I'm disabled and it was not comfortable to sit in or easy to get out of. Hotel was clean, but carpet in room was stained and looked dirty, although it was clean. Just appeared that way due to staining. With the price of the hotel, breakfast and coffee should be included, as it is in most hotels. Here it is not, and they charge a fortune for very little. I went out for breakfast, it was less expensive. They also charge extra for everything. Great place, but need to cut back on price and such a bit.

Staff was super, reception girls were friendly, helpful and pleasant at every hour. Room was huge, bed was ok. Amenities were very nice...pool, gym, business center, etc. Hotel is close to so many things, you can walk or drive to. Great location.
