I was told by the front desk night shift that they didn't have pillows for the fold out bed that they didn't have any at all because people steal them then when I talked to the font desk the next morning was told a different story and was told that wasn't the case and I was told that's not what I was told I was told I was lying

The downside was: no ice machine (broken), or fitness center (closed). We were instructed to cross the parking area to the hotel next door (the "sister" business to our hotel), for these. We were told by the very nice front desk person that the hotel used to offer a continental breakfast, but that was eliminated during Covid. The hotel across the parking area does offer breakfast and the price of the rooms were very similar to ours. There is a pool - which is open for use - but we did not take advantage of that. My question: why is there a pool open if Covid is still of concern. Even a muffin or an egg is nice to have in the morning. We at least did shop locally for a few items to have in our room.

The room we had at the hotel was very nice, spacious and comfortable. We were quite happy with how nice it was. There was a sitting area a bit separate from the bed and desk area. A sink, fridge, microwave and coffee maker was also nice to have. The bathroom was spacious and not overly lit (sometimes the lights can be blinding).

The room had a slight funky smell, maybe mildew or musty, and dirt like it hadn’t been inhabited or cleaned/vacuumed in a long time. Bed was fine—just felt like the bedspread was dusty too

Bathroom tiles were broken and loose. Shower was very painfully high pressure with no way to adjust. Also there was no way to easily request no maid service. The person who cleaned our room cooked something in the microwave while we were out for dinner so our suite smelled strongly for a few hours after we returned for the evening. WiFi was too slow for my son to use for logging in to his school site.

Nice price and very clean. Very spacious plus easy access to freeways for exploring the area.

The new bathroom door didn't close completely and the woodwork in it was worn and dirty looking.

Our room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the location was convenient to everything in the area. I've stayed here before, as I use the White River Junction VA Hospital across the street for my primary care.

The rooms need to be renovated.

I liked that they accepted our service dogs and that they had poop bags and garbage can outside. The fireplace when you entered the building.

There was a hole in the disgusting bathroom door, the coffee maker was dirty, I was a little disgusted to take a shower, the bathroom was not clean. There is no breakfast, but coffee in the bottle without more. Room service does not remove the garbage.

The dishwasher still had dirty dishes in it, the fridge raider was continuously humming, and it was very very loud, there was popcorn in the pullout couch. And we were told that there would be a breakfast in the morning from one of the staff, but then the following morning different staff member told us that they no longer do so that was disappointing. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and so were the pillows.

They didn’t clean our room they didn’t put clean stuff in our room and we didn’t get any toilet paper till we leave. They didn’t have our room ready at the time to check in we have to wait for about 1 hour and half to get it. The white person at the front desk had kind of bad actitud.

Pool colder than expected but I am sensitive!! Fitness closed but offered use next door facilities , so great! Had a leak in the bathroom but they fixed it quickly and offered a room change which I declined it was not a big deal !

Staff were amazing All super responsive helpful and wonderful. Any issues they were easily overcome. Love this place!! Housekeeping is great and the room was spotless. Front desk informing welcoming and kind.

The door card system was annoying because they constantly needed to be reset. Check-in was a little too slow compared to what I’m used to.

The rooms were very large, which was a big plus for us. They were pretty clean but they’re dated so there’s only so much that can be done. Location is great for our intended stay.

Everything was old. The paint needed to be touched up. It was freezing in the room so we took the blankets off of the second bed to get warm.

Room not ready for 3pm. Or 3:30 when arrived to room. Not enough staff to efficiently care for us n our room. Ice room closed, power not on, or working well to charge cell phone overnight. Cheap thin short blankets, coffee 1st none available, waited then awful taste. Pool ok. Wrong paint used so awful feeling on walls, touching or pushing off to swim.

Staff friendly, try to help. Should have finished w us before moving to other guests. We waited! And had appt to get to.
