We stayed in the deluxe family suite which had two tvs, one didn’t have a remote and the other one had no “cable” or whatever is advertised. We used to stay at the lambert inn a lot under previous management and our stay was always amazing but the new manager doesn’t seem to value customer service. When we mentioned the situation about the tv he just told my husband, “yeah they don’t work sorry.” Nothing to try to fix it or change us rooms. It’s hard to entertain children with no television. My kids wanted to enjoy a family movie night at the hotel and obviously that was unattainable. My kids aren’t spoiled they just wanted some nice family time.

The Concierge was poorly dressed, unprofessional, and slightly angry at check-in for some reason. Someone should let them know smiling goes a long way. Check-out was not any better.

It was close to where I needed to be. The housekeeping staff was gracious and happy to help, even if not asked.

They have cockroaches the place having cockroaches threw everything off even if it’s nice and looks like they clean it there being cockroaches means there must be something not being done to keep them away.

Just the Staff (Office) have mad actitud, When I check in, the old man was a mad because I don have cash for the room keys deposit., so, I leave my Id. when I check out next morning, (other guy, same actitud)he threw my ID. What’s wrong? Why don’t have Custumer service ?

I didn’t like the room I requested a king bed and they gave me a twin queen bed when I went to let them know they said that was a king size when I told them it was not they said it was I didn’t argue but they should be better and do better for there costumer’s my daughter didn’t even fit in the bed with me and her dad rooms were decent but they had cockroaches in them carpet was really dirty both the rooms I got that day had cockroaches but other than the bed situation it was ok it was a quiet location I think that’s what I liked about this hotel

The guy at the window (the office) was incredibly rude and a total jerk. Not sure what his deal was, but upon arriving at the window, he just stared at my girlfriend and I and nodded his head as if to ask, "what do you want?". Without saying a word, he put his hand out expecting my ID. Then he gave me a room key, and said the "key fee" was 20 bucks. Cash only. I asked if he had an ATM and without so much as looking up from the computer, he said, "I'll just keep your ID. You get it back when you leave." WON'T be coming back to this place. I suggest looking elsewhere.

The property is unkept. Our room heater setting did not work. Shower seemed upgraded, but certainly not the bathroom. The shower curtain rod fell twice while showering. The dresser in our room was broken and usable. And if you pay close attention when you turn the lights on, you just might see a couple little tenants scattering. Misleading pictures and reviews.
