funny gas smell in the hallway that I mentioned to the reception staff. They indicated that they know it's an issue and that the Fire Department comes to investigate but even they can't figure it out.

The hotel is under refreshing. The main entrance is closed and have to use the other doors to enter or exit. Yet, those doors are not locked nor controlled which might be security concern. Also, due to refreshing, there are plastic and paper cover on some aisles and it became quite unpleasant when the wind blew. I had a terrible sleep on the second day. But, the stuff was kind and considerate to change my room to the back which was far from the area under refreshing.

Room is cozy and clean, having a tub for hot bath with high volume of hot water. space is big enough very easy to open the luggage case.

I was staying on the 2nd floor and you can literally hear everything - people walking up stairs, voices etc… the walls are not sound proof basically. Other than that, zero complaints.

Some of the staff members were incredible - thank you to Steve, Liz and Diana for making the stay so great! The rooms are cute, very miami-esque and comfortable. Great location, and access to everything as well as nearby Apple.

Breakfast during the ongoing lobby reconstruction was rudimentary: bagels, juice, yogurt and coffee.

Lovely though a bit quirky hotel with 60s feel. Everything seemed very new in my room and it was pristine clean.

Did not realize that the lobby would not be open and the remodeling in progress. Photos during reservation process did not reflect this.

The staff were very helpful in locating out three rooms very close together as I had asked. In all other respects they were helpful and professional. The day we arrived was a holiday and the breakfast was 'cancelled'. Staff said it was complimentary and therefore not something we had paid for. I did not think that was honest. The next day however the breakfast was available. So just be forewarned if traveling during holidays.

I was there during lobby renovations which created a couple of small inconveniences, but nothing to complain about and I would happily stay here again when in town.

I adored the little room and unique decor. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean and very comfortable.

The facilities are in remodeling, Front desk service is very primitive. There is not enough ice machine, that you have to walk the long way to get it.

There is a desk with enough power plug-in, which are very convenient for business trip and meeting.

The most basic breakfast we’ve ever encountered. Hotel was very clean was it felt generally dated.

Bed was comfortable. Good parking. Staff was nice. Felt safe.

Very average breakfast when compared to the elevated style of the hotel. Floors in room were uneven. It was obvious the property was a refurbished "value" hotel.
