Had a list of dvd’s to checkout at ofc. But ofc was closed. Puzzling? However, was able to text for help and housekeeping met us at ofc. None of our chosen list of dvd’s was there ( out of hundreds on list) Puzzling? One of my wishes in most inn, is to have good lighting bedside. Not here. But, adequate lighting by sofa ( comfortable couch). So not a big deal.

We had suite with private hottub on high balcony. View was beautiful. Hot tub on deck. How great is that? The room was warm and fireplace outstanding.

It would have been nice to have a lobby, we got there a little early and I really needed to use the bathroom.. and my code wouldn’t work until exactly 4 The room was clearly ready and would be a nice touxh to be able to check in early if it was available. I had to go next door to the other property and they let me use their bathroom

Wish the balconies had a little more privacy on the sides. The only complaint I have is the shower head. Was a little older and the water pressure was a little weak coming out.

Room was clean, cozy and had a balcony nestled in the tree's with a view of the surrounding mountains as well as a private hot tub on each balcony. Fireplace in the room with a couch and 2 person table. Utensils and dishes available, toiletries and a crockpot type cooking device.

The cabin has a beautiful view of the mountains, and the hot tub was a wonderful perk during the chilly evenings. The hosts clearly put a lot of work into making the cabin cozy and welcoming, and it paid off. It felt very homey. I would definitely like to stay again.

I can't think of anything - everything from check in to check out was great. It's definitely more dated, but for the price, amenities and comfort of the beds I don't think there is a way to complain about this stay.

Wildwood Inn is such an absolute gem and we 100% will be back. It was perfect for our needs. It's so close to the Rocky Mountain National Park entrance, the views from our balcony were A+. It was like stepping back in time in the best way possible - We loved going to the office and checking out DVDs (my kids thought it was the coolest). They even had extra things you may need (like bear spray for my overly worried husband). The playground was absolutely perfect. We spent most of our time hiking and didn't want to cook much so the place we had with the fridge was perfect. Are the rooms a little dated? Absolutely. Is it the Mountains and do you need to have a completely updated space when you should be outside? No. Also, there was a steam shower. We will 100% be back.

The location was beautiful and the room, especially the bathroom, was particularly clean. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the entire resort was very quiet. Even the coffee was good in the room in the morning!

1. The windows next to front door were slightly open, it was windy outside, could feel/hear wind, closed windows but they would not lockdown, same with King bedroom window. 2. The shower basin needs a good scrubbing with a brush and scouring/Clorox. 3. Toilet tank flapper must have a leak at bottom of tank as every couple minutes, the float would squeal as it was slowly filling up tank with water again.

The room was comfortable and clean. We loved having the frig to store our leftovers. (Even though we forgot them when we left). The reservable hot tub was an added bonus!

My only real issue was that the bed was too firm for my liking. I've never slept on a Tempura-Pedic before but found the experience not as pleasant as I was expecting. If you like a firm mattress, it's the one for you. They have other rooms that don't have Tempura-Pedic, just make sure you ask Cindy if mattress firmness is an issue for you.

This is our first time stay at this facility, though we have been to Estes park many times and stayed in a number of different places. The room was spacious, clean, and up-to-date. Cindy was an excellent host. I liked the steam shower, never been in one of those before. I liked that you could schedule private time in the hot tube, instead of one big communal time. The view was terrific and I liked that we were just right next to the park.

The water pressure was low on the shower. There was not a direct line to the office staff. We typically ended up leaving voicemails for the staff.

The room had a great view. The suite was roomy. The room was very quiet. The office staff was very friendly. The location was great. This is probably one of the best rooms we have stayed in. We will return next year.

My only recommendations would be a television in the bedroom and more detailed information in the visitor's guide on disposing of trash, particularly recyclables.

The property was clean and well maintained. The proximity to Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park was perfect. Very quiet, relaxing atmosphere.

Property was lovely. Unfortunately, people staying in room above failed to realise how much noise was being made by children running around. Whilst it didn’t last for too long, and we get that kids need to let off steam/are excited, it did impinge on our stay
