We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

We were there two years ago, and so we requested the same corner room we had before. The space is nice, but it was not as clean as it should have been. The beds were neat and there were plenty of towels. The shower caulking was dirty with bacteria and needed replacing. We had to call maintenance to get a clock and lightbulbs. He was very friendly. The place needed a deep cleaning.

United States of AmericaThe bathroom was unsatisfactory. I understand people want to travel with their pet. I wish you had rooms special for those folks and kept several rooms that never had pets. The bathtubs and stall was so badly scratched, drain clogged we suspected with dog hair. We arrived late in the eve and a different room was not available.I did wash the bathtub myself. Your staff was so kind but there was no way to change that. Overall, the hotel rooms are dated.
The staff was fabulous. We were there several days and over the time staff was kind and so helpful. Morning coffee was a hit and we appreciated . We met front desk, cleaning and breakfast people . Each person was friendly, helpful and kind. The St Philip’s Plaza location is very nice.

United States of AmericaThe property is over six miles off the 10 freeway but worth the drive. The shower wall had hair on it from a previous guest and there were candy wrappers between the bed and the window. However, the rest of the suite was quite clean. Given the size of the suite, the rate was a little high.
Lovely facility and comfortable suite with a little patio poolside. Barbecues are quite large and in a nice stone area with tables poolside. The bed and pillows were of excellent quality. The employee who checked us in was efficient and very friendly and helpful.

United States of AmericaThe exit door at the west end of our wing has been converted to an emergency exit only, which meant that even if we intended to travel west from the hotel we had to walk the length of the building and exit the east entrance, then backtrack to go west. The door opens into the gated pool area, so I don't understand the point of making this an emergency exit.
This hotel is very close to a well-maintained linear park, and an excellent grocery store is within 10 minutes walking distance. The suite supplies all the plates, cutlery and pots and pans you need to prepare meals. When we didn't feel like cooking there are several restaurants to choose from within 50 m of the property. The hotel has two exercise rooms for the athletic-minded. The internet was high-quality. The breakfast was good on a U.S. hotel scale.
