Have stayed here before and continue to return as they are consistent in all areas - cleanliness, great staff, great breakfasts and always attempt to accommodate you however and whenever they can. Will be back.

Breakfast bar was subpar. Food items were not replenished for guests. We went 2 hours before ending time and there wasn’t enough food remaining to make just a snack. Another guest I spoke to had also experienced this issue at a previous visit.

Property is well maintained, quiet location with ample parking onsite. Property is near medical complex and off the main road a few miles, a little difficult to locate. Clean good sized bedroom and bathroom, comfortable mattress. Dove products in bathroom were nice. Lobby staff were friendly and helpful with checking in and options, directions to local restaurants. Express checkout was a big plus.

Staff was extremely friendly- got there late and left early so don’t know much about the amenities- hotel was easy to find and everything was clean and comfortable- they were working on the parking lot while we where there so there was some places in the lot and it shares a parking lot with an extended stay place but besides that everything was great

Has coffee maker but no coffee just tea We decided to extend our stay & the front desk person said it's fine & that she'll just extend it. I was trying to explain to her that I booked it through Booking.com & I'd like to do the same because I'm a level 3 Genius so I get a discount + my credit card gives me 4% back & if you're on a fixed income every little thing counts, but she kept on saying it's fine, it's taken cared of so my husband said just let it go. And when I asked her how much more for another day it was actually higher than Booking.com Found crumbs of food under the dresser Checked my credit card charges & they put in 3 different charges Checking out wasn't such a pleasant experience with the person at the desk. I asked for the receipt & she gave me just for one day, so I told her we stayed 2 days. She looked kind of annoyed that she had to re-do the printing. I also told her there were 3 charges on my cc & according to her one is only for authorization. Anyway the total charges on my cc is $424.44 but the receipt is only for $262.94. I'm going to have to wait a few days until these charges clear up & hopefully I don't have to call back & straighten this mess or talk to the same person. People should not work in customer service if they're unpleasant & not willing to help out.

Very nice outdoor & indoor We booked a non smoking King room & asked for a ground floor but nothing is available but gave us 2 queen beds on the first floor Nice touch with a bag of goodies after checking in As you walk in the room it smells clean & fragrant & spacious There was a safe but not working, just needing a battery & when we reported it to the front desk they sent someone to fix it right away. Bathroom- regular size toiletries & has grab bars Best breakfast we've had so far in this trip. And the woman in charge of breakfast was so nice.

Hot Tub was not available due to maintenance. Website should tell people that because that was a big disappointment. I know from now on, I will call and ask first.

The temperature in the room was difficult to control. The unit changed from cool to heat as soon as we raised the temperature setting a few degrees when the room was tool cool. I would prefer the option to set either cool or heat and then set the temperature. It was not a big deal.

Everything went great. Fast check-in, desired room/location/rate, clean room/facility, quiet room, very good breakfast, and easy checkout.

The room has an odd smell. It wasn’t a smoke smell but like a stale smell. It wasn’t overwhelming but it didn’t go away.

The bathroom shower was a bit odd. Water pressure was fine but the water was easily coming out of the tub onto the floor.

The gentleman at the front desk during check in and check out was very nice and helpful. The room was very clean, the bed was comfy and the temperature was perfect.

The only thing that we could say was negative was the attitude of the night shift desk guy. He wasn't having a good day, we guessed, because he was snippy with us when we asked if the water bottles were complimentary. And he wasn't very friendly when we checked in. But that's not enough of a reason to not stay here again.

The bed was very comfortable, our son enjoyed the pool all to himself, the room was very clean.

The hotel is located near the freeway. Restaurants are close by, The room was very clean and appealing. The breakfast provided was very good.
