Room had a slight smell of being smoked in. :(

I was expecting a lame breakfast of only coffee and muffins, but was served a hearty hot breakfast of waffles, sausage, eggs, and hash browns amongst other cold items. It was great!

Long wait to check in. Called from lobby twice and no answer -waited almost 30 minutes for lobby person to check us in.

They offered TRANSPORT TO AND FROM AIRPORT by SHUTTLE but it was not true: It doesn't work after 11:00 pm and in the morning IT DID'NT WORK EITHER because their shuttle starts late and goes only to Terminal A. SO I HAD TO PAY $60 EXTRA for transport to AIRPORT. They said in the website that distance from airport was about 4 miles but it was indeed about 10 miles!!! SO NO TRANSPORTATION PROVIDED !!!

The breakfast needed more options and the drinks in the machine in the breakfast area was out. Orange juice and lemonade came out and tasted like water with color. The housekeepers need to pay more attention to cleaning. I noticed the comforters on the bed I slept in had stains. I'm thinking they weren't changed. The ice marker on the 2nd floor was broken and had to go to the 1st floor to get ice. Going out of the parking lot 2 big holes that can mess up someone car, should get that fixed. Area is a little sketchy. Not enough towels for 3 people in the room. Should see how many occupants will be staying and provide enough towels.

The hotel was pretty good for the price. There was a 50 deposit, which I was told would be back on my card within 10 days after checking out. It actually was back on my card the day I checked out, was happy about that. The guy that worked the "I think" 3-11pm shift was very friendly. The bed was comfy and no noise throughout the hotel. I was very appreciative that when we went out the housekeepers replaced the towels.

It smells really bad inside the hotel, like cleaning supplies, not sure. Our room was facing the highway which was very loud. Walls are thin. There was plastic cups and cutlery and paper plates for breakfast, which I thought was terrible. I've never seen this at a hotel before. This is not very environmentally friendly in my opinion.

Owner was address by me in regards to an injury incurred from a faulty ironing board that was in the room which is still wounded. Yes, ironing board was replaced but customer service was not satisfactory from owner. Furthermore the first aid kit didn’t have anything in it for the injury to be handled.

There was nothing major, but there are a lot of little things. But maybe that's reflected in the good price. I think they were renovating because the pool and ice were not in service so that would make sense for some of these things. The ceiling in my room had a large area of water damage, some loose floor tiles, and the phone was missing the labels so I couldn't call the front desk. All minimal that did not effect my stay. Oh, and I didn't love the crunchy plastic mattress cover on the bed. The front entry area smells terribly like chemicals (like WD-40?) And I was told it was perhaps because the maintenance closet that holds the chemicals is located in the entry. After I went to breakfast, my key no longer worked at my door so that was a slight pain. I later witnessed other guests having the same issue and they complained that it was the second time it happened to them. The breakfast is good as long as you go early. They are not very forthcoming when you call for the airport about the shuttle schedule. They just say to call when you get to the doorway which is deceiving because then you have to wait 45 minutes if you just missed the scheduled shuttle.

For the price and that includes breakfast and airport shuttle I think it is a great value. The room was large, comfortable and clean and every staff member I encountered was very friendly and helpful (including Glen at the front desk). The room has a fridge and microwave! The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good as long as you go early. I would definitely stay here again!

No restaurant in hotel and no restaurants near hotel. It's out in the middle of nowhere. So, no dinner. But thought we could get breakfast before we left in morning. It does advertise breakfast included. Nope. They just didn't make anything in the morning. No explanation.... Just not gonna do breakfast..

Staff was professional and helpful. They even got us in our room early! I did appreciate shuttle service to airport. Amos was our driver, and Rochelle at front desk. Both were very helpful. The room was fine but I probably would choose differently next time because of location. Would rather have other services close by. Restaurants and stores, etc.

The walls are very thin. You can hear a lot of what’s going on in the surrounding rooms.

The room was clean, just missed a trash can. No way of throwing trash out. Other than that the room was ok.
