I didn’t like the rooms were not okay they smelled gross. The lamp shades had bugs in them. Beds hard. Neighbors had music or tv up all night and couldn’t sleep and when I mean all night couldn’t sleep because of it and when I did I woke up in the morning and they still had it on hella loud.

It was more kind of hidden so not a lot of traffic.

The wifi did not work, no television remote control, the bathroom wasn’t clean, the headboard on one of the queen size beds wasn’t attached on one side.

Very busy. Lots of children running around. Missing dead bolt on the door. Had to use my suitcases to block the door. Looks like the room was being renovated and they missed putting locks back on.

Room was clean and beds were comfy. Bathroom was clean. Good location to some shopping and food. I've stayed here before so I knew what to expect.

The location was questionable as there was homeless wondering around outside. I am originally from this town and I was concerned about the security of my vehicle as the neighborhood this hotel is located is known for high crime. The interior of the room wasn't well kept up and I could tell the door had been damaged in the past.

The price was acceptable for the accommodations.

The mattress was of very poor quality. The exhaust fan in the bathroom needs replacement. I had to go to reception to get toilet paper because the room was out of it. Lots of bizarre people staying at this location.

We had to be switch rooms twice. First room was missing the remote, has cigarette burns in the blankets and sheets. Second room had a broken security lock , missing door sweep on the bottom with a large gap. And the shower curtain bar was detached from the wall. Also cigarette burns in blankets in a non smoking room. Lots of homeless people around and one sleeping on the side walk by our car. Third room. Also had cigarette burns in the blankets and the remote on the tv only worked to change the channel. For the price, this was extremely disappointing.

The staff was friendly. I felt bad for them because they are trying to run the motel with limited resources

Noisy neighbours and unkempt grounds ... cigarette butts and spit ... ewwww.

We've stayed here several times; it's a convenient stopover for one night. Rooms have recently been updated, which is nice. Some of the guests seem a little sketchy, but we've never had a problem. Noisy neighbours were a bit of a nuisance this time, with screaming children and adults yelling at 6:30 am. The grounds are not well kept, and I was careful about where my furkids and I tread. Plenty of walking area for dogs, and shopping for food very nearby. McFridge is always appreciated, and they were clean and worked well. Accessing the property is a bit confusing to me, always! It's not direct, by any means. That said, I would, and probably will stay here again, though I wouldn't want to for more than a one night stay.

Pillows bad - Bathroom disgusting, water wouldn't stop running so I was up all night listinging to that - unable to get HDMI cord to work with Computer so Had to go out in Van and work on the cold morning to have the cop sit in front of my van for 10 minutes (likely running my plate) like I didn't belong there - He didn't approach me - and If I wasn't on a meeting I would of approached him as he was parking me in like I was doing something wrong. People walking around everywhere.

Neighbourhoods are strange like Yakima in a whole. Probably some people live permanently or long term there. You don’t fell yourself enough safe.

Good location. Not far from central transit bus station. There are just few steps to Target with quality grocery section and Dollar Tree. Staff is helpful.

Had a difficult time using key card to open room. Didn’t like that there were people not staying at hotel walking around facility. Did not have a microwave, but asked and attendant switched my room.

when i reserved my room ,i requested a room on the ghround floor becuz i'm handicap & can't do stairs,. whe4n i checked in thjey told me that there was no vancancies on the bottom floor ,now mind i booked my room 5 weeks in advance, but if i wanted one on the bottom floor they would up grade me for some astrominacal price ,can't remember the amount,. so i took the upstairs room, thank god there was a gental man there that helped me, so then i recieved a call from my company saying i needed to come back home im,mediatly ,so i called the front desk & explained that i needed to shortin my stay , reply was no problem, next mornin went to the office to get my reciept & they charged me at extra fee for early checkout, mind ya that i'm handicap & can't do stairs so i couldn't stay there anyway, can't do stairs so all in all i'll never book a room there again ,that's twice ,but no more
