The customer service is what makes The Kendall one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. And I used to work at Tribute hotels so I know a great customer service experience when I experience it.

I didn't like that the lady in the lobby didn't know how to turn on the outdoor fireplace and had a guest figure it out. He struggled in the beginning but was able to turn on the fireplace by rummaging and looking for wood, leaves and sticks. Hotel did not have a fire starter. Same issue with the outdoor heater. Lady in lobby didn't know how to turn it on so my brother in law figure it out. The heater quickly ran out of propane.

I loved the historic charm, the location of the hotel, the comfort and cleanliness.

Now husband and I stayed here on our wedding night. We called on our way about parking and was given immediate answers even though it was late at night. Check in process was easy and the front desk guy said because it was our wedding night, he would bring us a complimentary bottle of wine or champagne. When we returned from parking the car and getting bags, he told us the room we reserved had a full bed but we could upgrade to a bed with a queen and claw foot tub for no extra charge which we thought was great that he even mentioned it to us. He showed us to our rooms and made sure we were happy with everything. Room was cute and soaking in the tub was a great way to end a crazy but amazing day. Check out process was easy and the property is beautiful.

Classic ,homey feel. Location is minutes from everything. Walking trail along the Cibolo creek starts just out the front door of the hotel. Service is excellent! Beautiful place.

Really nice sweet taste of interior. Many different categories so you have choice of the right property for yourself. Walking distance to all shops on Main street. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful historic building and property with perfect location in downtown Boerne. Staff was friendly and helpful. Coffee in the lobby was superb and the pool was nice. The attached restaurant has some of the best steak and drinks around!

The paper thin walls in the building we stayed in on this property. There are many different types of buildings-hotel style to single housing styles and buildings that host several rooms in a row. We were awaken by a toddler and her mommy at 6:30 a.m. We could understand and hear their entire conversation and it was loud enough that we needed to drown them out by turning on the loud bathroom fan and our air conditioner.

The beautiful location next to the Cibolo Creek Trail. This property is wonderfully landscaped and the trees are amazing. Everything is situated splendidly!
