The motel was basic, but we expected that based on what we paid. The location was very good.

The room was spacious, but the sink is in the bed area. The tub was slick...be careful, my husband fell while taking a shower. Not many TV stations, but we spent most of our time in the park. Parking is very limited.

The AC wouldn’t stay on, and every night at 8:30 the person above us made the worst noise for at least an hour. Banging and stomping non-stop.

Location was great, full kitchen was perfect for cooking meals and saving money.

Both bathrooms had shower knobs that were in backwards. You had to turn them to cold to get hot. The toilets also had a terribly weak flush and one toilet had a leak in the tank so it kept running all night. Or would have if we didn’t shut off the water to the tank for the night.

Beds were not great, no shower curtain and the toilet keeps on flushing all bij itself like every 15 minutes.

Quiet location in downtown West Yellowstone. Able to sleep well, beds were comfortable.

Bathroom needs a complete overhaul, very dark room the 2 lights were above the beds only and very high hard to turn on and off. Beds were too high for shorter people overall it was cleaned everyday but not a nice feel at all. No coffeemaker, no fridge, no microwave. Could hear noises from upstairs and next door. Shower water would go from hot to cold while showering. No grab bars at all in shower.

No beverage facilities in room, outside sign for motel only faced traffic from the west. When approaching from the east (town), there is nothing to indicate the motel is there. You could drive straight past.

Curtain rod was broken at one end and hanging… an easy fix by someone. No lamps by read to read with. The most expensive motel on our trip and not really worth it.

The property was run by children and no one was empowered to make a decision regarding moving us out of the original non smoking room to a new room . Access to the new room was awkward.

We were moved from an old building to a new building due to someone having smoked in our room.

Struggled to get wifi working during the four days of our stay. Had to use my phone data for connecting to the net. Cable TV also did not work because of very poor network connection. We stayed in a suite with kitchen but there was no exhaust in the kitchen. So had to cook with windows and door open.

Very close to Yellowstone Park west entrance. Clean rooms.

Could not get the shower to work, so with the small sink could not wash my hair. Ice maker was not available. Had to go to office for clerk to get ice, Not convenient. Did not have in room coffee makers, Had to wait till office opened to get coffee, Carpet was stained and needed shampooing. It really was not worth $200.00 to try to get some sleep.

They had problems with getting any channels and in our down time we like to watch TV relax in our room after this long trip and only had infomercials until a whole bunch of people checked in then late at night we started getting channels

Staff was very friendly hardly any ice but other than that rooms are clean bed was comfy

The tv was hooked up to the light switch that turned on the light by the bed. Never did understand that and when you turned off the light, the tv went off also. But the staff came and helped up out very well, so not a giant problem. The parking is another issue, not enough for all the cars.

It was in a good location, got a downstairs room. The hotel was close to the Buffalo Bar and they had awesome food.

There wasn’t kettle or coffee maker in the room. This room has 4 queen beds so potentially there can be 8 people there. I think one toilet isn’t enough for so many people.

The rooms were spacy and clean, the beds were comfortable. The location was excellent, very close to the west entry to Yellowstone park.
