-No central air conditioning system in use. A.C in the room was insufficient and underdimensioned. -Breakfast needs to be improved (a lot). I give a 9 because I didn't expect more for this price.

The hotel is very nice and the staff working there are polite and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and clean and have everything you need to enjoy your stay. The location is a bit far from the old town, but it is within walking distance or it is very easy and economical to grab a taxi. Actually, the hotel is in a modern part of the city so it is practical if you need to change your money in a bank or grab something from the store And free airport transfer is definitely a nice convenience. All in all, I I couldnt't have picked a better hotel for my stay in Samarkand.

Brand new facility, obviously very clean 🙂 Guys on reception were very kind and upgraded our room as the one we booked was without window and I didn’t catch it while booking. That room was very spacious! Location is very close to the main sightseeings. We also liked breakfast. What is also very important in a hot summer (we came in July), that a/c was working well!

If you come to breakfast one hour after the beginning, a lot off things will be finished, you will have to ask for it. The kitchen should check from time to time what is missing in the breakfast.

Ask for a room that is not on the main avenue, otherwise it will be very noisy. Appreciate the pool.

Whilst there is a kettle in the room there isn’t any tea/coffee in the room. The rooms aren’t automatically made up every day, it has to be requested. But overall these are minor issues, the positives definitely outweigh the negatives.

This is the most recommended hotel in Samarkand. The location is close to city center. Easy access to everywhere. The staff are really helpful. Really good price with the good facilities. If one day I comeback to Samarkand definitely I will stay here again.

Nice new design hotel in the northern part of the city, 7 minutes to Registan by taxi and about 7-10 minutes to the train station. Spacious room, air conditioning, good Wi-Fi, 24/7 reception, and a nice small pool area. Everything is very clean and new. The room is quiet, although the hotel is situated right on the busy roadway

The hotel is new, but not all the furniture complete, no elevator.The staff is polite, but give accessories only upon additional request. The breakfast is modest. There are no restaurants and walking nearby. The Internet with pause. Poor sound insulation of doors

I stayed in Turon City hotel one day , and I want to tell about my super stay in this hotel, so hotel os NEW everything is perfect, guys in reception are so friendly and always helping in any situation they have a transfer from the airport and railway station 🚉 guys took me from the airport and its free ! Breakfast in another level because i find anything to eat . Inside the hotel you can see the swimming pool which is free and works 24/7 ! Hotel is near by Registan square it’s about 15 minute s. I write a lot because everything was perfect! Thanks a lot guys !!! Mr.Farruk

Cleanliness could be improved – the tiles around the pool were dirty (my towel got black stains), and the restaurant sofas were also not clean. On the second day, we were asked to use only half of the pool due to construction works next door. The service did not meet expectations: no takeaway breakfast was prepared despite a request, the airport transfer was charged although advertised as free, and payment procedures were inconsistent. At check-out, I was charged for a stained towel (paid USD 8, no receipt, and did not receive the towel). The hotel is farther from the center than described (about 2.6 km instead of 1 km), and every morning at 5:00 a rooster disturbed our rest. Summary: Overall, the hotel could deserve a higher rating, but the service and unexpected extra charges negatively affected the experience.

The hotel has a good standard. The beds are very comfortable and the pool, although small, is pleasant.

Poor management Passable breakfast, with tables being full of rubbish for hours both days. I told reception, and they cleared one table for me, but not the tables around. I had no water in the room for maybe 1h. I mentioned to reception the issue and they didn't acknowledge it. The wifi code in the room was wrong, and they didn't acknowledge the problem. The day I arrived the pool was not working, nor the morning after. A shame as I had booked this hotel a bit outside the city for the pool, and 1/2 days of pool were gone. Overall customer experience didn't seem to be among the staff goals. They always seemed bothered when you talked to them, often on the phone. They were only proactive about payment. Overall the place looks good, but for the price or less you get a better experience elsewhere
