Nothing really. It was in a beautiful spot and was very peaceful.

We went for a hillside villa which suited us nicely. Yes, there were some steps to climb but the view was magnificent.

The property is a little run down and could be cleaner. The area around the dive shop is especially run down. It was a nice stay, but we would stay somewhere different if we were to visit the island again.

The condo/suite we stayed in was amazing: large, well-appointed, full kitchen, comfortable furniture and bed, spectacular views.

Some of the staff were not very nice and gave us wrong information. However, most of the staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was absolutely amazing. The view was magnificent. We loved the restaurant and the beach. The kids had fun snorkeling.

The shower pressure was weak and we barely had hot water for our showers. The whole week, not one of us could take a shower unless it was cold. For people who tend to be cold in AC, this was a let down.

Personally you can’t beat the location. It is by everything. I thought the restaurants were very nice and food was great. We stayed on the mountain top suite and the view was fantastic

Everything was hilly because of terrain of the location.but is the nature of virgin island .St Thomas and other island around are the same but it was worth it . US virgin island is quite expensive to stay . So make sure you have a budget.

The AC in our unit wasn't cooling enough in the room. I realized one of the glass shudders was broken and didn't completely close, causing the room to over heat even with the AC on. The gentleman at the towel station on our last day was not personable at all. I said "Good morning" and "Thank you" with no one word from him, he was to busy on his phone. Very unprofessional!

The property has great views, a clean sandy beach, and calm ocean waters for snorkeling. The property grounds are well maintained and some updates have been made since our first visit to the resort 5 years ago. The room was out dated (this was the same room we had 5 years ago) and could use a refresh of decor, some patching of broken tile in the shower and patching of other areas in the unit etc. The price is steep for the room but the view definitely could make up for it. The bed was made and fresh towels were delivered daily. Along with trash removal!

Nothing, we thoroughly enjoyed our trip and everything was perfect. The front desk staff was amazing as well as their customer service.

Close to beach! Great bar, good food. This was a little hidden gem and we had a wonderful time.

The Sunset Grille - it’s supposed to be fine dining but the service is awful. Our (tepid) main course was plonked down immediately after our starter plates were taken away, leaving no time between courses. Clearly the mains were ready far too early and had been standing out. Immediately after our mains we were brought the cheque when we didn’t even ask for it! Plus the waitress had forgotten to bring a drink we had ordered. Very disappointing. It also wasn’t just our waitress; all the waitresses at the sunset grille seemed to be disinterested and entitled. We also felt the prices were unjustifiably high

Our room was very worn and outdated. The bathroom was terrible. Some units have been updated. I would not rent here unless you know exactly what room you are getting and can see pictures in advance.

The view, the beach area, the restaurant and bar, the staff (very friendly and helpful). We liked the size of the property -- not too big, only super crowded when the cruise ships came in

It was a perfect spot for a getaway! I loved this property so much we didn’t want to leave. The view, the staff, the food! Just a great spot that I’m hoping to come back to often!
