The resort hasn't changed since 2008 when they welcome miss Universe. It feels its age.

The hotel is very big, with a huge swimming pool. The rooma are comfy.

English language of the Cafetaria can be improved

Very beautiful property and location. Love the spa and hospitality. Highly recommend that guests should try . Free transport to the city is very nice

The 5 star standard is more according to Asian standards, but the resort is very big, green and relaxing. Biggest compliment goes to the staff, which is always extremely helpful and ready to assist in everything. The quality of the restaurant, and of breakfast as well, is good. The pool is very big, and quiet. The private beach is also good, and never crowded.

Was very quiet, so a lot of the restaurants and bars were not open, which was a little disappointing, but I understand they can’t open when the business isn’t there for them. Location isn’t the most convenient, but shuttle bus definitely helped. However, wish they were at more convenient times.

Really nice resort. Got upgraded to a bungalow which made the experience just that much nicer. Buffet breakfast was nice and I appreciated that they had a free shuttle bus into town.

We wanted to go to the golf course to jave lunch at the restaurant. The security at the condo village stopped us and wanted to take my wive's umbrella. She refused because it is our responsibility....and it was dripping...then he was arrogant and said we could not take the bicycle to the golf course....we left the bike there. We walked. Then we were stopped by security at the golf course. I phoned the golf club. They wanted to send a buggy to come and fetch us, but the arrogant security refused. We walked back. We reported the incident and unacceptable arrogant behaviour of the security staff of the condo villas when we got back at the resort. next to. I cancelled my golf game for the next day. I was about to spend vnd 6 million at the golf ....I then phoned KN links to book my game there for the next day. I had a fantastic experience there and in the future I would rather spend my money there. The resort and spa was great...and the staff really went out of there way to make our stay memorable. I gave the golf course a 1 star review and explained what happened. My review was deleted. I will tell all my golf friends to rather stay away from the golf course. Once again, thank you for the effort at the Lodge...staying there was great. I almost forgot the spa....my wife really loved it.

Unfortunately the beach is not very good. The water is dark and murky, it is very shallow and waves are virtually non-existent. We actually caught a taxi to the main Nha Trang beach one day which is lovely in comparison.

Very friendly staff, the room and bathroom was amazing. The pool and the restaurant were also very good.

It is poorly managed Not sure when they got the 5star rating The staff is friendly but badly trained They want to do but they don’t know what to do The free bicycle are seldom available and if they available the can’t be used because of flat tyre. It’s a nice resort and a lovely place to relax, but it needs to be managed better otherwise it’s going down. On weekends it changed from a quiet relaxing place to a crowded party area. Kids corner and spa only exist on paper

Such a shame there were so few people in the resort but that was the only downside.

Beach really dirty full of rubbish. should be clean as its not a public beach, pool was really dirty too. not really that impressed how dirty it was. no bus transfer from or to the hotel. they said get a taxi. even though tried to book a week in advance. and the banana leaf was the worst service. I have ever come across. two meals. took 50 minuets to arrive and. I asked 4 times for dessert menu. gave up. in the end.

The food is not really the best for the price at the restaurant of the resort, there is much better in town.

Wr stayed for 2 nights in a beautiful bungalow by the pool. The resort is in a wonderful park, full of different trees and plants, where the gardeners make a great job. Surrounded by green hills a few kilometers away from the noisy city. The resort has its private sandy beach (only problem is the mud at the bottom of the bay, would prefer sand or pebbles...). All the personnel is very friendly and helpful, special thanks to HaHa who arranged our bus to the next stay.

Booked a room on a whim for a quiet night out of the city. Miss Ha and the others at reception made me feel welcome. The room was large, the bed incredibly comfortable, and above all else, quiet. I didn't realize how many other guests were staying there until the next morning at breakfast. Other than the massive communal swimming pool, there is a lovely beach which I had mostly to myself. Bliss.

Sadly, there is a distinct lack of General Management with staff doing what they think best. It was also very obvious the staff would benefit from on-job training as well weekly team briefings. Having spent over USD2,000 for one week at the resort, the reception lady chased after our airport taxi to claim for two unpaid bottles of water and a missing laundry bag! As it happened the latter wasn’t missing but just not returned by housekeeping after the one and only time, we used laundry. That said it was quicker just to pay her without an argument instead of hanging around for a full-scale enquiry.

The whole place is well designed with lots of choices although there were only two restaurants open and a very limited menu. I suspect this is the result of the COVID and will soon be resolved. The pool area was marvelous.
