Pool is not super big, but perfect for what you need.

The staff was sooo nice! I was sick the first 2 days and they brought breakfast in my room asked how I was the days after. Just very quick with everything and super nice and fun! Location perfect!!

The shower was in the bath which was quite deep to get in and out. It was ok for us but someone with any sort of mobility issue wouldn’t be able to use it. The balcony was over a main road and unusable due to poor air quality.

The property was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable. The staff were very helpful and their English was quite good The breakfast catered for both local & western which was nice.

Very efficient and courteous staff. We didn’t need our room cleaned since we were only there for a couple of days, but housekeeping still left a couple of water bottles outside our door😁 Good breakfast with plenty of choice. They even made me a special coffee that was not part of the menu.

Gym didn’t have aircon and in the afternoon the room was too hot. Our hair dryer did not work and made very loud sound 🫤

Good location in the city center, approx 150m from the city lake. Short walk to beer street and train street attractions. Room was tidy and had comfy bed. Breakfast was lovely and had good options for asian and intercontinental breakfast, chef preparing your omelette on stand.

The location is very convenient, it was super clean and the terrace with the gym, the pool and those amazing views is OTT. Mention apart for the staff that is suuuuuper nice. For example, we had to take an early flight so they prepared the breakfast to take away. I'd go there when I come back to Hanoi. 👌🏻

An exceptional stay at this hotel! From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that continued throughout our entire visit. The rooms were impeccably clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my every need was met, offering excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining options. It was great to have a spa/massaege option directly at the hotel, espicially after a long day of traveling. The breakfast spread was absolutely delicious, offering a delightful array of both local and international dishes to start our day off right. The location was also perfect, with easy access to nearby landmarks and transportation. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel enough – it truly exceeded all expectations and made my trip unforgettable. We will definitely be returning on our next visit! 🏨✨🌟 Josiane (Canada)

There is no rooftop bar/restaurant like imagined on the pictures. The rooftop is just for breakfast until 9:30. Reception is not very helpful in belongings of local transport inner city.

The room is OK. Slightly small as I booked for Deluxe room with city view.

Great location. Easy reach of where we like to go. Breakfast is excellent and all staffs are very polite and helpful. A few staffs which I think are exceptionally helpful are Haley, Leo,Alice,Kevin,Doan. Also breakfast staff the lady in charge and all the boys whose working from 11th March to 14th March.

the hotel is very well presented and right in the heart of he French quarter close to all shops. the staff were so friendly and helpful and the facilities really well presented and immaculately clean. the room was well sized, the bed very comfortable, and all the linen really high quality. I had a very quiet room with a great view. the gym is excellent, as is the spa. the breakfast was fantastic also. I had a wonderful stay.
