The balcony of my room smell like sewage due to open old cover for the sewage system. * beach towels stations only one. * The majority of the workers don’t speak English.

Location was good, breakfast and dinner was great. Facility was great as well. This my second time to visit. I will visit again if time permits.

They were not very good with food allergies and that was very difficult with an anaphylactic child who had a reaction. Staff made it difficult to trust they were sure what was in many food items as things they said ‘should’ be ok clearly had the food allergens present. Plenty of choices for all of us but very difficult when it comes to allergies

Dining facility too big and not organised well, beach towels were too small and quickly run out of stock.

Sea is excelent, good facilities for children and adults, good views, helpfull and kind workers,the owners work hard to improve.

Staff at reception on arrival were really unhelpful and quite rude actually. Definately not 5 star standard. Food not really catered towards kids at the buffet breakfasts.

I loved that the pool was so close to the beach, and everything was very clean. Clean towels were always available, and even though our room was far from facilities, there was a golf car sometimes available to give us a ride. Food was also delicious

1. Personnel - hardly anyone speaks English. Staff is rude, not helpful, or just not educated to do their job well. I mean, it could have been an excuse if the hotel was marketed only for locals, or Turkish tourists, but buses of European tourists were coming and coming. Are they supposed to speak Turkish, too? Apart from the language, you can always tell if a person is trying to help (even you both don't speak the same language) or does not care at all. 2. Facilities Schedule. Tennis court is open from 10 am until 5 pm. It is outside, not covered tennis court. I mean, it is summer, and it's 35-40 C degrees outside, humidity about 90%. Wouldn't it be better to have morning hours (6am-10 am) available, and not when the heat gets to its peak? Same is for the water park. It is open from 10 am - noon, and then from 2pm - 04:30 pm. The best time to stay outside in the summer heat is from early morning till 10 am and from 5 pm onwards. Am I missing something?

Area is very green, nice beach and good snorkelling experience. As a family with 9yo, we liked the waterpark and generally the pool area. The pool bar was a bit too busy, but they tried their best considering the crowds. There is a pool only for adults, and it’s infinity pool, sunset view, so I did not have to worry that my kid disturbs some adults who are trying to relax in the pool - they have their own piece of heaven to relax - I was jealous a bit though. Ah, and the food at the restaurant was delicious, nice variety, too.

There are no irons in rooms. We were told someone was coming to pick our clothes for ironing but no one did regardless of calling 3 times, we attended a wedding with crinkled clothes

Communication was so difficult with the stuff because the language we couldn’t understand each other.It will be so nice to have a kettle with tea cups in the room as ours didn’t have,and an iron too in the room

1. At checking in, it took a bit long to be served as there were other staff members chatting with the person at the desk 2. I had specified that I only needed a room with one bed. However, I got a bungalow with 3 beds and had to pay for it when it was just me and my partner. 3. Had to ask for water as there was none in the room
