Really enjoyed my stay at Novel, very clean hotel, nice room, comfortable bed, good bathroom. Breakfast was very good, nice variety and changed slightly every day. Would love to stay again.

Aside from soap, it's lacking in other toiletries e.g. moisturiser, toothbrush and toothpaste which would have made the stay even more comfortable.

Nothing special.

This was my second times to stay in this hotel. The staff, room clearness, size of room and location all were very good. The room equipped with with refrigerator and mini kitchen that make staying very comfortable. I would like to especially thanks Miss Negin, Mr. Mehdi and Mr. Farhad for their assistance, kindness and suitable response to our demands. I booked the room with breakfast and dinner. The breakfast was excellent but the varity of dinner was a bit limited. However, after our request, they add some more options, which I would like to especially thank Mr. Farhad in this regard. Additionally, the dinner included appetizer, main course and dessert with staffs with very friendly and nice behavior.

The single room has a very small bed, and the room has enough space for any size bed, I was here for 3 nights,drinking water is a problem here, I had to call room service to bring some up the first night ,on the second they brought some up but on third day it was non existent, it is what it is ,thanks.

The bathroom lacked basic toiletries. Housekeeping practices were concerning, as the same brooms and rags were used to clean multiple rooms. This resulted in hair, varying in color and length, being swept from one room to the next. The bare floor was both unsightly and uncomfortably cold. The bathroom's design was poorly conceived, leading to persistent dampness and a malfunctioning ventilation system.

One positive aspect of the hotel was its breakfast. While not exceptional, it offered a decent variety of options. Another plus was the provision of a personal internet router in each room, ensuring reliable and fast internet access. The daily delivery of mineral water was a thoughtful touch, setting this hotel apart from others. The hotel's relatively large size and pleasant ambiance were additional positive features.
