The 4th bedroom downstairs did have a damp smell lingering in the air. It did improve slightly after airing the room out over the first day. We experienced water interruptions on 2 out of the 5 day stay due to municipality water shortages in the area which wasn't great but no fault of the property.

Great location, very clean and well kept property. Comfortable holiday home for a large family vacation. 5 minute drive to the beach, very close to the golf course. Shopping centre is conveniently located near the property. All other major amenities are within close driving distance. Marietha and her husband were very friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay at the property and will visit again.

The hosts Marietha and her husband were amazing, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout the trip. A home away from home that is spacious yet homely, equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and braai stand. It was safe and pet friendly with an ocean view a stone throw away from the beach, scottsburgh mall and crocworld.

It is a big house, very nice for a big group to have everyone together. The fact that there was a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer made it very comfortable to have a nice vacation. The mall is just around the corner, as well as the golf course. Very nice, neat and comfortable house with a big yard for the kids to play. Every room has it's own bathroom - very nice

The house managers were very accomodating, Marietta and her husband waited for us from 9am until we got there at 12pm. I would definitely recommend this for a family getaway, The mall is a walking distance and the location is a few minutes from from beach! We enjoyed the big yard for the kids to run around and living space was ample for our family!

The facility is wonderful and the staff was friendly and very helpful. The problem was that the beds were too hard and the water pressure in the showers were very low. The biggest problem for us was that this was listed as a pet friendly facility, but our pets weren't allowed on the couches, making it very inconvenient, as our pets are prone to sleeping on the couches at home and it was very difficult to keep them off the couches. Also our pets were small and could fit through the fencing, therefore our pets weren't free to roam around the yard, that made the holiday break a very tiring and frustrating one, also the dogs next door were very big and aggressive and the fencing on that side of the premises was not secure enough to contain those types of dogs (Rottie and what looked like a sheepherd cross breeds), they were trying to attack our dogs through the fence and were shaking the wire fence with such force, we were very worried that they would break through so we had to lock up our dogs and keep them on their leashes far away from the neighbors dogs when taking them on their walks. If this facility can fix these issues, we would really appreciate it as we were really impressed with everything else and would love to return for more weekends away.

We loved the neatness and the convenience of the washing facilities (dishwasher, washing machine,dryer). The house was spacious and full Dstv was a definite thumbs up. 👍. The yard was neat and big. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. Would definitely go back again, as soon as all the other issues are sorted🙌

The house was filthy to say the least. All the showers looked as if they were not cleaned in months. There was black grime in the walls which we had to clean ourselves as we were told that there was no cleaning staff available. We even took before and after photos when we cleaned to show how disgusting it was. The kitchen cupboards were all grubby on the outside. The 2 outside rooms were not habitable. They looked as if they were an afterthought. Bathrooms were dirty and there were gaps in the roof where stuff kept falling through. The 'garage' downstairs room was damp and moldy, this mold made my mum sick by the second day. This room also has only one thin curtain that you can see right through, so you cannot change there and you are awakened as soon it is light out. Only the inside house rooms were ok, from the original house set up. No care or maintenance has been put into the rest of the rooms. Or maintenance and proper cleaning of the house.

Location of the house. That the kitchen was fully equipped and there was towels for everyone. Living room and outside furniture also good. The yard was beautiful. The hosts were firendly and kept checking up on us as we travelled, they were accommodating in sending a plumber when the toilets will not flush but could not help us with cleaners for the bathrooms that we found in a state.
