We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

An exceptional hotel. Only eight rooms, so it felt very special. The room was ultra luxurious with the most incredible view. The food was superb. The staff very friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. The location is next to a fabulous beach, unspoilt and quiet. The hotel grounds were beautiful. I would love to stay again soon.

The Prana Lodge is a little paradise ✨️. It's been the 4th time for us to stay there for a couple of days. The service is impeccable, and the friendliness is overwhelming. The breakfast and dinner superb. We'll go there again next year.

South AfricaThese three comments are to improve services for my next visit : Upon arrival there never is a person ready to welcome guests for check-in at the front desk. The security guard could call and advise the names of the guests before entering the lodge. Outside guests bringing young children for lunch without permission and not kept under proper supervision. Flowers were not removed after losing freshness in the restaurant and rooms. Even Spa flowers were not replaced regularly and not kept in fresh water . There should be a dedicated person to check flowers daily and remove all dead flowers And only the fresh ones remaining. For 5 days, I removed dead flowers from my room and from my restaurant table at breakfast , lunch and dinner. Please feel free to contact me directly for further discussion.
The comfortable suites and restaurant. The friendly staff serving excellent meals especially for room service. New Lodge manager always available . Spa ladies were friendly and provided good massages.

The massage was a highlight. The Prana Lodge has to be one of the best places on the coast. Prana Lodge is a must see and a must do!

IrelandThe breakfast on the first day was poor. It was slow to come and my poached egg arrived as two most unappetising fried eggs. The sausage was also undercooked and really awful. On the second day however we had room service breakfast and it was much better.
The Valentine Day touches were amazing and the individual plunge pools really nice. The outdoor shower was also delightful.

South AfricaFood options are aimed at foreigners and extremely wealthy. Some of us are fortunate but know the value of money. Food more pricey than London, Geneva, Paris, Rome, Edinburgh, Kitzbuhl or Munich. Not acceptable for the price already charged for the room.
Location is stunning. Plants and trees are awesome. Feels like you are in a jungle paradise. The beach is superb.
